Stayed Nov 5, 2025This host on this stay and the last stay has provided false information and photos. The TV and Internet did not work at this property, there was no firepit as seen in the photo. I am very disappointed about my stays. Will stay in a hotel next visit.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025Stacey’s beautiful house was perfect for a four day visit to Ft Collins. Lovely, thoughtfully appointed home is ideally located near cafes and the university. We especially liked the entertainment factor: board gsmes, darts, mini-golf, bicycles—all cleaned up and ready to play! Will stay here again.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We booked our stay over Spring Break in order to ski/snowboard, anid visit friends, hit restaurants and see the sites from our 30 yrs living in the Fort. This home could not have been better. The location is fantastic for getting around. It's easy walking distance to CSU, restaurants, and coffee shops, grocery. We'll be back for sure It's easy walking distance to the Ub

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Beautifully renovated & well decorated home. Loved the convenient location to campus, grocery stores and Old Town. Using our sound machines at night was key for us to sleep well. The kitchen could use some extra utensils to have enough fo accommodate 8-9 guests. Easy fix though. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It has everything you could possibly want, including a grill and hot tub. Location is perfect for Old Town. Every room has a nice desk and chair, which made it very easy for me to work from the location while we were in town for a trip. Very clean, easy check in and check out. I would highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024My family of five enjoyed our first stay in Fort Collins. This house has a lot to offer and was a great place to stay while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park (60-75 min away) and the surrounding area. Our pros - very clean, great remodel, and the location of the house to CSU and Old Town is fabulous. You're really not more than a 10-12 min walk from anything. We loved the hot tub and mini golf in the front yard. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Our cons - there are no closets in any of the rooms, which makes it difficult to manage clothes over a longer stay. It's near a train (which is VERY loud, but doesn't run from 10p to 6a thankfully) and a bar which has live music. This didn't bother us from a sleeping perspective, but something to consider as it could be worse during the academic year. Also, none of the bathrooms are connected to the primary bedroom, and one of them opens into the kitchen. This was fine for our family, but if you had a mixed crew may not be great. Finally, there are only four seats in the living room - so would suggest 1-2 more chairs. Communication - property manager was responsive by text, but not email. We didn't get our check-out instructions until we were already gone, but was similar to the book so we were good. Overall, it was a great place and location and we enjoyed our stay. Would rent again from this provider.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Great location for our family. Walking distance to campus and Old Town. We had a 3 year old who loved the putting green, fenced in yard and watching the many squirrels as adults took turns rafting, hiking and checking out breweries. Our host was very responsive relative to minor household questions. Would definitely rent again if in area.
