OLD TOWN- QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD- PERFECT LOCATION

The location and home was exactly as described. My adult children and I had a wonderful time in Scottsdale, the pool was delightful and well used during our time:-). The host(s) were communicative and honestly the check in/out process a breeze. HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone wanting privacy and proximately to local venue and restaurants. We loved our stay here.

This was beyond a dream to check in and out of. It had everything I needed and more. It was close to everything. Jennifer, the host, was super fast at responding to my questions and very accommodating for letting me extend my stay by a night. I highly recommend this house and will most likely be back for my next staycation!

Great location. House decor beautiful. Beds very comfortable, Very clean. Owner super easy to communicate and work with. Neighborhood great. I can't say enough. When I return I will be staying here again.

Loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, comfortable, and the backyard and pool was a nice bonus.

It's easy to give five star ratings when all goes well with the property. However, when things go wrong, you find out what kind of host with which you are dealing. We had a water heater issue that was just one of those things that happen. How the host responded to the problem warrants a five star rating. Plumber was called immediately after we notified host of problem. Plumber arrived and fixed the problem with the host in constant communication with us as to status of repair. Host made a fair adjustment with consideration of our inconvenience. Property is extremely nice. Considering the property and the host, we would not hesitate to book this property in the future. Rest assured, these property owners will respond immediately if a situation should occur.

We stayed at this VRBO for the month of April! We had a wonderful stay!!! The location was perfect...just 1.5 miles from Old Town...& other great locations. The Hosts were super great...readily accommodating with a couple things at the beginning of our stay. Beds were comfy too! :) Definitely book and stay here! We want to come back... Had a wonderful time. Just some tips for future improvements. Sliding doors are very difficult to slide. Fans are all on same remote system so someone operating fans in one room caused other fans to turn on/off. Poolside seating needs updating.

I would consider this a very good vrbo It’s a comfortable home . Relaxing with back yard amenities like a pool, grill , cornhole and small putting practice green. The weather was great and we spent our spare time out on the patio Inside , I really liked that the oven had a built in air fryer. Things that were not mentioned on the amenities list. There is both a coffee pot and Keurig in the kitchen. In the evening, we curled up on the couch with the afghans to watch tv . Shampoo, conditioner were good quality . There are basic seasonings in the cabinet. The neighborhood was quiet . We had easy access to restaurants and shopping . The Honor Hospital is a 8 minute drive from this house. There is a Walmart within 5 miles that can supply every need you would have for basics ( it’s almost a city block long ) Otherwise Albertson is close . There is also a nice multi level indoor mall close by if you want to shop for clothes , etc. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiry and gladly took suggestions for the future. Very nice people. I would rent this home again . I’d rate it 8.75 out of 10.

Not much interaction with the host. We had an issue with finding the code to get into the home the day we arrived, our fault but the host never responded to our texts. The home was nice, the pool not being heated was like a tease beautiful to look at but not usable.

Great location, nice neighborhood. Convenient to freeways and Scottsdale shopping and dining.House was clean and nicely furnished. The pool was cold so did not swim. However, the weather was a little cold for pool use anyway.

Jennifer was available to answer our questions. This is the second time we have stayed here. The house was clean and ready to go. We love the location and the amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for my family to rest for a couple of days. The pool and mini golf set were a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again in the future! The house was clean and in a nice quiet location. Highly recommend!

Our stay was so enjoyable as the home was sparkling clean plenty of space and a very well stocked kitchenThe location is perfect for Old Town visits as well as and trips to Prescott.etc.We walked the neighborhood and used the park daily.We only regretted that we could not stay longer..the home is perfect gem in Scottsdale. Our hosts were attentive and were easy to reach if necessary. A home and hosts we highly recommend.

The house was immaculate and very accommodating for our stay. Jennifer was great to work with coordinating additional dates after the initial reservation. This is the perfect location if you are staying on the east side. The house was literally 10-15 minutes from everything that I was in town to do. We will be back!

Fantastic house. Clean, well designed, awesome pool. Kitchen could use a few more spices (salt) but other than that- lol, We had a great time, and would absolutely stay there again. … if salt is my only problem I found… it’s a big win for us!

Loved our time here. The pool was relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Neighborhood was nice & quiet.

The house was super clean & we loved that! Nonetheless, we can’t give it a 5 star rating because we didn’t have hot water in the master bedroom. It was very hot in Scottsdale but a hot shower early morning was missed. The coffee pot should be replaced & a lemon squeezer & cheese shredder are needed. The house is very cute!

PERFECT! House was just right for us. Pool was great, our grand daughter loved it. We visit Phoenix 3 to 4 times a year to see our daughter. House was 15 minutes from her place. House is in perfect location, next to major highway and plenty of restaurants and shopping. For a family getaway or gathering this place is perfect.

We stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Host was very easy to work with. House was nicely decorated, super clean, and bedrooms were very comfortable for all of us. We had a lot of fun in the pool, and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Scottsdale Getaway for our family! Probably the BEST VRBO we have stayed at! 10/10 on cleanliness, all accommodations, check in, check out, and the pool/outside area!

My husband and I just stayed at this property for an entire week. I am so happy we chose this home. Perfect spot to relax by the pool and enjoy family and friends. The home is so warm and welcoming! Beyond also being extremely clean this property has a very homey feel. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and has done beautiful things to make this house a home. We were in town to visit family. This was clean & tidy. The pool was wonderful! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We definitely hope it will be available again next time we come to town!

House was great. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable and accessible. Centrally located to all the outdoor activities we wanted to do. Close to old town. Washer dryer w wet r great. Plenty of pool towels. Pool was pretty cold but we’re assuming that’s the beginning of the season. Great house.

My family had a lovely stay. The layout of the house fantastic, the backyard is awesome. And we were only minutes from old town. Loved the place so much.

Comfortable, clean, and more spacious than the photos suggest. Good location in a quiet neighborhood but close to the action of Old Town and the baseball fields. We had a lovely time.
