This house is fabulous! It is well stocked with all essentials. The host is great—he communicates with you all the way and is helpful and available if needed. All in all this was a very comfortable stay.

Great stay at Old Town North. Quick weekend with kids and grandchildren. Property is 3/4 levels as stated which worked for us, as each family had privacy. It was walkable at less than a mile to downtown and is surprisingly kid friendly! House is set up and organized with many amenities available to use. Wish we had an extra day!

We are a group of college friends who travel together often.We have rented several VRBO properties over the years. This place was excellent in every way. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all necessary cooking equipment. The place was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

We had a much needed family trip after a year of much loss and pain. Greg and Isreal's home is the perfect space for a large family to either gather or have their own private space.We used the large kitchen and grill to prepare meals so we could eat together as a family after rafting and hiking.

Nine of us stayed in this Old Town North house as a central point for our daughter's college graduation. The house was spacious with comfortable beds for all of us. There was plenty of room to gather in the kitchen and living area but also find privacy for downtime if we needed it. The hosts were easy to work with and very communicative.

I could write volumes about this VRBO - it is truly amazing - fully stocked, plenty of room for family and friends, great info from owners on checking in and checking out - it had every dish, and pan, and glass you could hope for. The bathrooms were amazing with toiletries and plush towels. The beds were all super comfy and great sheets and pillows and comforters. The parking is amazing too - the garage would hold two cars then there are several different parking pads out back for oodles to park. Our family cooked and played games, rode the bikes that are furnished, spent time in the lovely hot tub on the roof - the laundry room is great and again, very well stocked with detergent and softener - it is truly one of the very best places I have ever rented and we absolutely loved it. Hope we get a chance to rent it again while my granddaughter is at CSU - the whole reason for this trip.

Rented this VRBO for our son’s wedding weekend. It had room for 6 adults and two children. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a large gathering. We hosted dinner for my son’s fiancée’s family one evening and had room for everyone to move about. It didn’t feel cramped. The rental comes with 10 bikes for adults and teens. We, unfortunately, didn’t get to use them, however, it would have been great to use to get around the downtown area where many restaurants and bars are located Isreal and Greg were amazing to work with and replied to all my questions quickly. Great place to stay with a family. A lot of space, clean , fun game room, and hot tub. Everything you need is supplied and in great condition. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. Comfortable beds. Our two biology conservationist students found a cool beetle in the garage!

Great house in an excellent location. Quiet neighborhood, but still just a short walk/drive into town. Enough space for our group to spread out. Would gladly stay here again!
