Old Town Loft Oasis with Amazing Rooftop Deck!

Loved the atmosphere inside the apartment, great lighting and location.

We had a wonderful time staying in the house enjoyed the amenities that were left for us even a few necessities to cook. The space can be pretty awkward at times in the kitchen, but the rest of the home is wonderfully spacious and easy to access and use. I don't know what the winery experience is, but it required me to rate it-it might be fine. I just don't know anything about it.

The condo is within easy walking distance of historic downtown with its plethora of shops and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Very nice home - bright, lots of windows, clean, well stocked kitchen. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home because we were out hiking or doing another activity every day. Good location.

Location was good. Just a little too far to walk to shops (if you wanted to purchase anything). The location is on a busy street- very loud at night. Finally, Because of multiple levels-the rooms get super hot.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to Old Town with all it's wonderful shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time staying in Fort Collins and our family had so much of fun. The loft is in a perfect location, is just as described and has a great layout. We enjoyed being able to walk to the breweries, restaurants and shops in Old Town which is so pretty at this time of year with all the lights. We also enjoyed a hike up to Arthur's Rock.We hope to come back in the summer and enjoy the rooftop deck when the weather is warmer.Stacy was very responsive and helpful.

Visited Fort Collins for my son's graduation from CSU. This place was just perfect from the warm welcome, CSU swag, comfy (really comfy) beds and location. Stacy is an amazing host.

This modern space was a great place to host Thanksgiving while we visited family in town. With a fun and funky vibe, we had space to visit, cook and watch Thanksgiving football together. We can see that it would be fun to enjoy the rooftop deck if it were a bit warmer. We easily walked downtown for the Turkey Trot as well as taking advantage of many fine restaurants in the area.

Just needed a quick placed to stay while attending a College football game. The place was very clean and very well designed. One down fall, is me just being picky would be to upgrade the futon in the living area.

We have stayed in many FoCo locations and this one stands out. Very comfortable beds! Clean. Location is perfect, away from crowds but close enough from old town. We will be back!

Great place for a girls getaway. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Very nice, clean, beautifully decorated home. Loved the rooftop patio.

What a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the location and the property was just as described. The roof deck was such a bonus. A real comfortable home with a great layout in the midst of everything.
