Positionedon a secluded bush block surrounded by native trees and visiting wildlife, the home opens into an open-plan living area where a deep blue sectional centres the lounge beside a wood-burning fireplace and expansive windows framing leafy views and natural light. Beyond this space, the converted garage serves as a dedicated games room with plush seating, a large TV and a ping pong table, opening onto a shaded patio for fresh air between matches.

The kitchen is modern and thoughtfully designed, with expansive benchtops, quality appliances and a central island that draws everyone together. The adjoining dining area flows effortlessly outdoors, creating a relaxed setting for open-air entertaining.

Outside, the sparkling swimming pool sets the tone for long summer days, while the beautifully appointed pool house with lounge seating and a bar area offers a relaxed retreat between swims. Nearby, a covered patio with BBQ and generous dining space invites shared meals under the open sky, with an outdoor shower adding ease after time in the pool or at the beach.

The primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a walk-in robe and an ensuite featuring double vanities and a spacious shower.
