Welcome to Au Vieux Figuier. This house can accommodate from 2 to 7 people.
It comprises on the ground floor:
- A kitchen open to the dining area in front of fireplace, beams and exposed stone. It opens to the west on the courtyard by a french window.
- A large living room (sofa, armchair, corner bed, furniture, satellite TV, WIFI) opens to the south on the terrace.
- A room overlooking garden and meadow with a bed (160) and a bathroom- shower, wc.
On the floor it has:
- afirst bedroom with 1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90
- a 2nd bedroom with a 140 bed
- a shower room, toilet.

Its large south-facing terrace overlooking an immense meadow, will offer you a true space of relaxation. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue.

    A very nice house in quiet but good location with charming and helpful owners who live nearby. A superb week with the most glorious weather in a great location to explore the smaller fishing ports and to enjoy the wonderful local seafood. Merci beaucoup pour une expérience très bien !!

    A traditional Breton farmhouse on the Penmarc'h peninsula, ideally located for exploring this beautiful area and within 20 minutes walk of lovely beaches and the famous Eckmuhl lighthouse. Very quiet and peaceful situation, at the end of a track, which may not suit those who want to be in a village/town setting. Ideal for two couples, with an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms above.

    *1 very uncomplicated contact and Booking *2 very kind and accomodating hosts (Thanks M&M !!!) *3 the house with its large garden is absolutly as great and comfortable and in a quiet location as seen on the photos at the internet page *4 beautiful beaches in almost every direction, same for shopping, quickly accessible by car, bike or a walk *5 summing up : maximum recreational value. Absolutely highly recommended !

    A wonderful place to stay and unwind. The house is spacious and has lots of character. A lovely open space surrounds the property with great views, lovely terrace for eating out on or sitting and sunbathing, yet it is not too far away from all the local amenities and beaches. Would definitely come back.

The garden couldn't be nicer, the house is very comfortable, the location is ideal for local exploration of the incredible beaches and delicious eateries nearby, and our hosts were simply wonderful.     Just returned from staying in this lovely clean and well maintained house. It has been carefully renovated by the attentive owners who make you feel very welcome. The house is situated in a big lawned garden on the outskirts of Penmarch village. The location is perfect, less than 10 mins bike ride takes you to lovely Pors Carn beach ( perfect for small children )and also to the pretty port of Kerity and St Guenole. This is a perfect house for anyone who wants space , peace and quiet but also want nearby restaurants.
