Independent house not overlooked with fully enclosed and flowered garden with a terrace. A garden furniture (in season) and a barbecue available.
You will be calm in a Zen and idleness atmosphere while being close to the sea (beach at 1,6km) and the shops of Penmarc'h (at 800m)

The large, very bright, south-facing living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with direct access to the terrace.

In the fitted kitchen, there are many amenities available: oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer ...
In the living room you have at your disposal a flat screen with DVD player, a HIFI system, board games ...
the very comfortable convertible sofa offers the possibility of accommodating a fifth person in the house.

The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms decorated in a Zen atmosphere: the first with a 160 bed and a dressing room, the second with 2 90 cm beds and a dressing room.

    Friendly and informative welcome from the owners. Thoughtful of them to put up a Christmas tree for our arrival!Extremely clean, modern and very well equipped. Great location and very private garden and good parking. Excellent value for the price, would highly recommend.

    Great location for relaxing and enjoying beautiful beaches, fully recommend. The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped and we all enjoyed the bicycles, and should have used them more! Supermarket and boulangerie both within easy reach by bike & 2 beaches also an easy cycle ride. Our hostess nathalie was very accommodating. Enjoyed the market at Pont l’Abbe and a visit to Quimper, Locronan and Pont-Aven, all within 1 hour drive.

    Our stay beginning of July 2024 was perfect. The house is perfectly equipped and the kitchen is mint with all modern tools one can expect. The garden is very nice and the location is really really quiet. In a nutshell: a perfect place for a very peaceful stay.

    We have just returned from a perfect week’s holiday at this very private property. The house is exactly as described, it is comfortable and relaxing with everything you would need for your stay and more. The hosts were very welcoming and explained everything about the house and surrounding area in detail. Between us we managed the language difference. If you want a quiet holiday near to the coast and close to lots of sights and amenities, this house will fit the bill.

    Lovely owners with great attention to detail with everything you could need provided. It felt a real home from home. Lovely quiet beaches are only a walk away and a great base to travel around the area. We would not hesitate in booking again.
