We absolutely loved everything about staying here. The home is so well stocked and so clean- not to mention the beds are incredibly comfortable!! We stay around this area at least four or five times a year and this will definitely be our forever go to home. This is the perfect home for families. Thank you for such a fantastic time.

What an amazingly beautiful home and property! You cannot go wrong staying here! Everything was set up perfectly and having an ice maker at the boat house was very convenient. They have thought of everything and made sure that the stay will be great! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

This is a gorgeous home. It was exactly as pictured, and very clean. The waterfront area was beautiful. We enjoyed the sitting areas on the back porch and the screened room off the boathouse. The ice maker was a super plus, saving us some trips to town for ice before we ventured out on our boat for the day. The canal leads right to the river and was only a short ride out to The Gulf. The home is nestled in a nice, quiet little off the beaten path part of Old Homosassa. We had a wonderful stay. Overall, a great find, would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our group of 6. Nice, quiet neighborhood and loved the fire pit and boat house. Would definitely come back again.

Our second time staying in the river house and it was amazing as always! Perfect location, well stocked, amazing setup, and wonderful host! We already booked next years trip.

Property was outstanding, with everything that is needed to have a great vacation. All the essentials and more to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This house is it. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Very spacious and well decorated. The outside space is a natural haven. Would rent here again.

Everything was great overall. The house has very nice furniture, appliances, and everything. Here is some minor information or suggestions:1. Porch door inset glass keeps opening up if the door is shut too hard and it takes a while to figure out the problem and get into a habit of shutting the door easy so glass doesn't open. 2. Fish cleaning station is chained off/restricted. Inside boat house table has a lip and is not good for cleaning fish. Would be nice to have a fish cleaning station for the guests. 3. There is no outside electrical outlet near the carport that I can see for charging golf cart. Again, this is all minor. Overall, this is the nicest and most accommodating place I have ever stayed in Homasassa.

Well equipped and very comfortable home on the Homosassa River.

Wonderful porches and plenty of space for family.

We've stayed at dozens of properties from the keys to big bend and this was probably the cleanest. We're just disappointed in the scallops being so thin but that's not the fault of the property owner. We plan on returning in the future and this property was very nice indeed.

Upon arrival walking in the door was so great, just as the pictures showed , beautifully open with great space. nicely decorated with lake house accents. The bedrooms were small but the beds were nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and at the boat dock. Enjoyed Sunsets, so beautiful!! Very peaceful, enjoyed sitting in the screened in area. We had a great time and enjoyed the home!!! We would for sure go back. Thanks for sharing!!

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Extremely clean, well appointed and welled stocked with every tool and pot and pan. We took our mother, 89, and Aunt 93, and the house was flat and so easy for them to get around. They are sisters and loved sitting on the porch visiting while we fished. The ice maker was a luxury to have available. We also chartered Capt Dave and that was fun getting on his boat at the house dock. We have stayed in many different places in Homosassa, this was our favorite.

We know Homossassa Springs very well. This home covers all the bases! Quiet, clean and well accessorized.

Was able to see manatee almost daily. Beautiful place, peaceful.
