Stayed Jun 6, 2026The Sandy Pants house was perfect for a get away with our grown children and their families. One master and the rest were essentially suites. A doorway that led to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom so each family had their own area. The pool was the highlight. After a morning at the beach, hanging out at the pool was the perfect way to wind down the day. I’m sure there were plenty of activities in the area but we all just wanted to chill and relax. Cooked 90% of our meals at the house. Kitchen is great! The public beach entrance was across the street so easy access to take your coffee and watch the sunrise. The deck was perfect for stargazing and just spending time together. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!

Stayed May 31, 2025We had a lovely time at this great VRBO! The owners could not have been nicer and the home is great for families. The kitchen is well stocked; plenty of room for families; the grill worked great we had plenty of parking. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had a very nice time. Celebrated my husband, my children’s dad’s 5th anniversary of his passing. It was very special to be all together. We enjoyed the pool especially since it was hot! I do Wish the house was more comfortable as far as AC. It never got cool enough in the bedrooms especially to sleep. I have 2 pregnant daughters who were not too comfortable at night. I appreciate The prompt response to the problem. Been wanting to go to Sandbridge so I’m glad we were able to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025The house worked out great for our party of 15. Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate evryone and a spacious kitchen/common area for everyone to dine together. The beach entrance is very close, only a few hundred feet away. The pool is nice and worked out great for our family especially after a day at the beach.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We've stayed here before and the owners were very responsive as usual. Plenty of room for us all and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen/living room is nice and roomy for after dinner tv watching or game playing. Another nice time had by all!
