Oceanview Beach Retreat | Private Pool | Deck Access from Every Bedroom

We have been vacationing together for over 30 years, and this house was one of the cleanest homes we’ve been in. The location is perfect with beautiful ocean and bay views. It’s right across from the main beach entrance which is wonderful! The house is decorated beautifully and kitchen is very well stocked. There’s also 2 refrigerators which is also a plus. North Topsial is our go to place each year.This is our second stay at this home. We love it!!!The beach is beatitfiul and not over crowded.

The location of this home is perfect for a low key family vacation. We had grandmothers to elementary age children with us on vacation and the house accommodated well. Would highly recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed for one week with family of ten and two dogs…the place was perfect, lots of room and easy access to the beach…the pool is salt water and we spent many hours enjoying it…and sunset from upper deck was spectacular…would stay here again.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much. If we had to pick anything that needed improved last year - it was the deck and you replaced the entire deck. The beds are so comfortable, the house is clean, sheets and towels provided. Pool cleaned throughout the week. Magical view on both sides of house. We have been coming to Topsail for 13 years. This is the first time we have booked the same house the following year and we will do it again. I can’t imagine it could get any better!

The house was very clean. Lots of kitchen supplies. Great ocean and sound views. Perfect for sunsets. Had a great week!

First time renting with Vacasa. Mostly good. Interior very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Pool clean and well maintained. Nice to have 2 refrigerators. Super easy beach access. Exterior a bit rough, but mostly cosmetic. Was told someone was coming to fix beeping on fridge twice, never showed.

The house did not meet our expectations based upon the pictures provided online. The house location is on a very busy road that you have to cross to get to the beach. You can see the beach from the house but it is not a beach front house. The initial impression of the house was not good. When you pulled up the first thing you notice is the rust and chipped paint all over the front deck, making the house look run down. The house is outdated and needs to be updated in so many ways. The pool was clean but is very small and does not have a railing to hold on to when stepping in, making it hard for some people to get into and out of the pool. The outdoor furniture needs to be updated and cleaned, and the picnic table was falling apart and unsafe to use. The kitchen had minimal cookware to use for cooking and we had to purchase pans and other items in order to cook. We had to deal with a few cockroaches in the house as well. Would not recommend this house.

Very nice house however the deck railings need painting, the railings really take away from the overall look of the house

Love the home so much! Had a tricky time getting in to the home but customers service was able to get us in in about 30 mins. Home was way nicer than even the photos showed. The pool was a massive game changer especially with the poor weather we had. Would 100% stay again!

Super clean home and great location. The only pool we have been to that was super clean and no sand. The pool was cleaned during the week ! Would highly recommend !

Great time with all the family. Facility was well equipped for all the cooking needs. Just across street from beach and caught some great fish in the surf. We plan to return for another week.

Location great, no houses blocking view of ocean. We visited May 18th to 25th. No crowded beach. Pool very clean and had 2 pool cleanings by Carolina Pools, nice guy. We left a charcoal grill for next family. Great experience with family.

Truly amazing house. Just across the street from beach access with a clear view of the ocean. Main living area on top floor with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Second floor with four bedrooms. First floor storage and a second refrigerator. Layout is great. Wonderful amenities. Pool was open and the kids and family really enjoyed it. Property manager / company was responsive to any issues. 10/10 would recommend. Our family loved it here.
