OCEANVIEW Buxton - Diamond Point Estates - Location is what HELLO WORLD is all about. Your kids will love the fact that the house is within view of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. You can see the famous light sweeping over the house at night. Just short walk from the ocean, the house has beach access near the Lighthouse jetties. Kids and adults will find more than enough to keep them entertained for a week's vacation or more. On the first level is a game room with pool table, a full bath, and two bedrooms. The swimming pool and hot tub are accessed from this level. On the second level are two bedrooms that share a hall bath, plus a master bedroom. The master and one other bedroom open onto a shared deck. On the third floor, the kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast bar for back-seat cooks. The large great room has all the space you need to spend treasured moments with family. The dining area is just off the kitchen. Stunning ocean views set the backdrop for the entire third floor. A screened porch with a picnic table and a furnished sundeck grace this level. From the third level is a set of stairs leading to a fourth level loft with dramatic views. The skytop deck above the screened porch offers panoramic ocean views.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
