Ocean/Sound View|Elevator

We had a great experience at Anchored Sol. The hosts were very gracious, and responded in a timely manner. They gave very detailed instructions days, even weeks before our stay. The house was amazing, very clean, and was able to accommodate 10 people comfortably. They have everything that you would ever need, and were all clearly labeled. Any questions or concerns we had were adressed immediately. Having the elevator was great especially for our mother who uses a walker. Plenty of parking spaces. We did not have to worry about taking down the beds or putting the sheets and towels in the washer. It was a 5-star check out experience. Will definitely come back here. Thanks, Tina and Greg. A 5 star experience from booking to check out, and everything in between. No detail was overlooked in this beautifully appointed home stocked with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Exactly as pictured/described. Hosts were extremely accommodating and answered any questions immediately. We would absolutely stay again!!

First time rental at this property. Location was absolutely perfect… The house was immaculate and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Views were fantastic as the house was across the road from the beach. The waffle bar was a big hit and the elevator was a bonus. The only downside to the vacation was the remnants of the tropical storm Debby which unfortunately winds and rain the whole week. That being said, we had a great time and made it to the beach a couple of times. Would absolutely recommend to everyone… except the weather!

Our stay at Anchored Sol was a refreshing experience. We had two families of four including 4 boys age 3-7 and my mother-in-law in our group. The space was very clean and inviting with a place for everyone. We all remarked on the expansive stock of kitchen gadgets and essentials well beyond the typical beach house. The bathrooms were well stocked as well with hand soap and toiletries in each bathroom, also not typical from our other experiences. The pack and play with included sheets was also a nice touch as we were flying in and didn’t have to bring this with. The beach towels, chairs and all the other equipment including the beach cruiser bikes and wagons were super useful and well. Overall an excellent stay with beautiful views. The swinging chairs were a bit hit as well with everyone young and old.

We loved the house, location was ideal, storage closet with all the things we needed was a huge perk (especially the wagon!), and they thought of everything, from a clearly labeled kitchen, to the basket with beach towels, and coffee and waffles for everyone! We enjoyed our stay with a couple minor hiccups that the owner took care of quickly and carefully. We would highly recommend this as home away from home and would stay here again.

Our family of nine had a wonderful stay at Anchored Sol. The house was very clean and big enough for us all to relax and have fun. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything you could need for cooking. The porch in the back of the house had beautiful views of the Intercoastal and great sunsets. Location to the beach was an easy walk. The Host was very responsive. We can't wait to come back!!

This was our first time to Topsail Beach and Anchored Sol was the perfect home for our stay. Tina and Greg are truly the best hosts... from the very first communication, to responding to questions while we were there, and to the communications after we left. The home was beautiful as well as comfortable and clean; it is set up for families and/or friends. The kitchen met all the needs of the chefs in our family, and the dining room table was perfect for gathering everyone around for meals and games. The bedrooms were equipped with great mattresses and wonderful linens; and, the bathrooms had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and, surprisingly, the beach wasn't crowded. Andrew's Produce Stand was just as close and it was so easy to pick up fresh veggies and fruit. The Fish Market was a short drive away and the seafood was great. Honestly, if you are considering Anchored Sol I would book now, because this property won't stay on the rental market long. Although we only had part of our 3 generation family at Anchored Sol this time, I'm looking at it for a girls trip, knowing it will be just as perfect for friends. Julie L.

Great property. Great location and communicative host.

This property is phenomenal! It has both ocean and mash view. Beach access and kayaking are within walking distance. It is super clean, and has everything you need including a waffle bar! Communication from host is excellent too!
