A one minute walk out the back door and you’ll be sinking your toes into the golden sands of one of the South Coast's finest pet friendly beaches. There you can swim, surf, boogie board or just float under perfect blue skies.

Where your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can splash in the waves whilst the family relax.

This magnificent, architect designed two level residence provides every comfort and convenience. With glass doors opening out to beautiful entertaining terraces on both levels, Oceanside is filled with light and fresh breezes sweeping off the ocean.

From the elevated deck with beach views, you can choose to relax and listen to the waves crash or maybe sip a glass of wine on whilst you watch the sunset over the beach. The downstairs terrace with huge outdoor lounge is the ideal spot to chill out with a board game or snooze in the sun. In the evening you can gather round the fire pit overlooking the beach and toast marshmallows whilst you watch the sunset turn to the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen. For Pet owners a large, fully secure front garden allows dogs to have fun whilst the kids have a bounce on the trampoline (please note that rear garden is not fenced on the beach side).

When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. With both an expansive living room on the upper floor as well as a large rumpus room on the ground floor, the whole family has space to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy Netflix or Stan on the big screen TV or simply enjoy the toasty glow from the upstairs gas fire. Whilst the kids and the dog play downstairs you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited wifi.

When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 4 bedrooms with mattresses as soft as clouds, warm showers and bath and extra pillows and blankets if you need them.

This specially designed house with polished concrete floors will keep you so cool and comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Culburra area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore. But before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast on the terrace where you can fry up a feast on the huge BBQ or inside in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

    Everything was nice but the only thing we had trouble with was the walk down to the beach from the property. It was a struggle for both my parents and my children as you had to walk between shrubs and it was also quite steep. The way wasn’t paved out properly. I wouldn’t recommend elderly to take the property as it would be a complete struggle to access the beach.

    Well set out for a large family with 2 living spaces. Access to the beach was great and in an easy location to early shops. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great place with a great view. We loved watching and listening to all the birds flying all around the house. We even saw whales waving at us in the kitchen! Will be back!

    Oceanside 161 Marina Lane Culburra The 2nd June 2022 was planned as family time being together for a few days with my 86 year old father. Dad has terminal liver cancer with under 2 months to live. There were 4 generations of us spending time together with Dad being able to escape and sleep when he needed to. My sister and her sons were down from Brisbane; my daughter, her husband and 1year old; my husband and I and Dad from Sydney. My husband and son in law were joining us after work staying Friday and Sat nights only. Seven of us arrived on the Thursday afternoon. While we loved the house and location we were greatly disappointed that there were in fact only 4 bed rooms when the place was advertised as having 5 and accommodating 12 people. This was not ideal and this was our first disappointment. We also found an empty Cruiser bottle on the book shelf. Thursday night following dinner the dishwasher would not work. We tried again in the morning unsuccessfully. The last thing you want to do when away is manually wash dishes. I contacted Professional Holiday Homes and they sent out a handyman who discovered a rusty screw was preventing the door of the dishwasher from closing. Once he corrected this the dishwasher worked. This was the weekend we had the freezing blizzard winds from the south. The gas heater kept the upstairs area lovely and warm. On Friday afternoon there was no hot water for doing the dishes or have a shower and I could not light the gas heater. It was cold and my poor father wore his beanie, slippers and was rugged up with blankets barely keeping warm. Thinking the weekend was looming we needed this issue corrected. I spent some time on the Professional Holiday Homes website looking for who to call as there was no answer form their listed phone number. The second number was the recommended number to call but ‘unable to answer your call right now’ was the response. I then contacted the plumber on call and the female that answered said I would be up for a charge if I got them out which put me off. Thinking I should investigate further, I rang the last number listed, I had not yet called and it was the wonderful handyman. He came out and agreed that both large bottles were empty. He went away and returned with a small BBQ size gas bottle and we had hot water again. He was not able to get the gas heater to ignite at all and suggested I contact Professional Holiday Homes in the morning. On Saturday the Professional Holiday Homes offi

    This home is the perfect spot for a beach holiday. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The front and backyard have lots of space and there is even a trampoline and plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained. The best part is the short track straight on to the beach behind the house. We’d highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return one day! However, unfortunately, the fly screens were still broken despite a review highlighting this from December, the dishwasher rack was also broken which made it a bit hard to use and the dryer had an out of order note on it which was a bit inconvenient. The owner should also be advised that a tree has come down in the backyard. Hopefully these things can be fixed up before too long to make the stay even more comfortable.
