Oceanside Duplex 7 houses to Ocean 2nd floor

Def a no frills house. Very warn beds, furniture and dated house. Beach access was not the greatest I've experienced there. The house served its purpose. When you spend that kind of money a week to stay you'd expect some upgrades. Not a lot of electric outlets. Very pet friendly block. I was not thrilled with sharing outside shower, laundry line and back yard patio area with other tenant. I guess a duplex was not the correct choice for me.

The house did the job for the week

Second time we have stayed at this great location. House is very comfortable and well appointed with amenities. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. It's a short walk to the beach and Nardi's and convenient to shops and dining. Overall a very relaxing vacation.

We loved every minute of our stay at this house! We have been coming to LBI every year for many years now and this was by far the best house ever!!!! It is located centrally, literally steps to the beach, close to many restaurants and stores yet it is located on a quite family friendly street. It was our first trip with our infant baby and couldn’t think of better street and house to rent!!! Also not to mention it was dog friendly!!!! Everything in the house was working perfectly, had all the essentials and felt spacious! We loved spending time on the porch. Had enough furniture for our family to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the porch. Very well maintained house. Outdoor shower was great. Internet and AC worked wonderful. We would definitely come back again and again!!!! The host was very prompt and easy to communicate.A+++++ Highly recommended!

The location of this house can’t be beat. It is a quick walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to all that LBI has to offer. The house itself was mostly great, with a few issues. The good: kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable, porch was comfortable with lots of sitting room and a gate that closes. Laundry worked well, and three bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. We loved that the house was dog friendly and we could bring our dog with us. The bad: the kitchen did not have much counter space, the bathrooms do not have outlets, the master bedroom has a full bed but is advertised as a queen. The biggest issue we had with this house is that it was so loud. The window air conditioners were all really loud, the washing machine was really loud, and the owner’s dogs woke us before seven every morning running around upstairs above us. This definitely took away from the advantages of this house.

Clean, close to the beach and in a neighborhood close to restaurants and activities.

Great communication with owner. As described. Ideal location, close to beach, restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious home, well maintained with everything needed. Highly recommend and will stay again! Good value for money.

The house was big enough and comfortable for entire family. Loved the neighborhood. Quiet street!! Will definitely come back!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Haven Beach The home was nice and clean and comfortable Pet Friendly a major plus!! Very close to the beach and a nice quiet street, The only trouble we had was the internet was slow and the TV was complicated to figure out. For me, that is not a problem because I don’t mind not having the TV. But for my 93 year old Mom who was with us and enjoys watching It was very difficult. We all loved the beautiful front porch but we did miss having a fenced in back yard to spend some time with the dog. Overall, A very, very nice place! Thank you so much! Lisa

The house was a short walk to the beach and a good area for biking. Local restaurants were very nice

This was our third year in a row my Family stayed at this house. The location and amenities are perfect. Ample parking on site and a quick walk to the beach. No issues at all once again and looking forward to next year!
