Amazing Views Ocean & Bay! 8 houses to direct beach access FULLY Booked 2026

I've rented this house every summer since 2011 and will be there again this year. Love it! Quiet street, close to beach and bay. And the views from rooftop deck are magnificent. Perfect house for a family vacation. The owners are nice and very accommodating. I can't say enough and looking forward to next month.

We stayed a week with family, which includes 3 kids, and 2 grandparents. We all had a wonderful vacation , mainly because of this house! A couple small blocks from the bay and a couple small blocks to the ocean! And a quick bike ride from Beach Haven. What could be better? The house itself had a rooftop deck which was the best feature, as the 360 views were spectacular, and the sunsets every night were amazing! Loved the decor inside the house, and all of the amenities that the house came with, including 6 bikes and boogie boards, stocked kitchen, even a crab trap which we used. The owners have done a really top-notch job with this beach house. Would love to come back again.

Even though this house was built in 2008, it has the feeling of a brand new house. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. There was careful attention to details in this house, such as the wooden hangers in the closet. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. The sunset views from the top deck were spectacular. We would love to return.

My wife and I are very selective renters and we found this home to be a delight. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to beach, beautiful immaculate home and only a short distance to the action in beach haven. No Sandy damage at all. My favorites were the panoramic rooftop deck and the great water pressure in the outdoor shower. Thanks John and Lisa...we'll be back!

What a great house, can't wait to rent again next year!

Our family could not have asked for better accommodations if we tried! This beach house went beyond our expectations. It was extremely comfortable, clean, fully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home and you definitely got that homey feeling. The bicycles were appreciated as was all the beach equipment. The upper deck has the best view in the neighborhood and the sunsets were some of the best we ever saw. We are former New Yorkers and currently live in Scottsdale, Arizona. We totally recommend this to everyone who wants a house with comfort and class on LBI! Thanks to the owners for letting us share your lovely home for our vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was like new, VERY clean and tastefully furnished. Location is quiet which was exactly what we needed (We live in the hustle and bustle of New York City). The beach and bay is a short walk down the block. The owner provides all the beach amenities as well as fishing/crabbing gear. We caught over a dozen crabs in a day at the bulkhead on the bay. We BBQed while enjoying direct ocean views and watching sunsets on the rooftop deck. We had fun biking around town too. We look forward to renting again.
