Oceanside beach house w/game room, pool & W/D

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a family getaway. The pool was perfect for our kids. We’d definitely stay here again!

Air conditioning was great, kitchen was well equipped, number of “adult bedrooms” was nice (single bed king& Queen rooms) Shower stalls needed a good cleaning, air intake vents were caked with dust, baseboards and windowsills (toddler finger level) were dirty. Nice large family gathering space in the living room. Easy walk to the beach with toddlers was welcome. Covered outside patio with TV was great, until it leaked. Water spilling over the gutters sent us inside. Loved the pool.

Wonderful vacation at Lazy Day-Z. Great indoor and outdoor space. I would recommend this to other families for this property and this process for vacations.

Had a great time! Ten adult family members along with my five grandchildren celebrating my retirement. Great accomodations! Plenty of room to allow everyone space when needed. Lol. Short walk to the beach. A great time was had by all!

Great location, living room space and kitchen was very nice. Outdoor living spaces had a lot of options. Air conditioning on the main floor leaves something to be desired with a full house in and out, bring an extra fan or two to stay comfortable if it’s hot out. Bed, linens and towels etc were all comfy and nice.

We were disappointed in the customer service with Vacasa and some of the cleaning. The house needs regular cleaning. Cobwebs, vents very thick with dust, air filters need changing. There is an extra AC unit in the living room, which did help, but you must roll/carry it out to the deck each day (every 8 ish hours) to empty it. This is not explained. After contacting Vacasa about the vents, filters, etc. No response at all. If you are renting and use the extra unit it does help. Just keep taking it outside to drain it or it will cut off.

We had 12 people from 2 families and the house was fantastic. The 2 master bedroom suites on the ground floor were great for the parents and the 4 kids with their +1 ones stayed upstairs in the 4 bedrooms. We really enjoyed the ground floor outside venue with TV and access to the pool area. The house location was close enough to the beach access so everyone had no problem walking back and forth to the beach - We plan on coming back in two years

Property was very clean, spacious, equipped kitchen, multiple rooms for fun space. Pool area was great and very large outside space with TV was great. I would rent it again.

We had a big family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Proximity to the beach was a quick 3 minute walk. We would stay again.

Lots of space to hang out, play ping pong, swim in the pool and close to the beach!
