This charming cottage features a queen bed, king bed, and two full beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. With two bathrooms that include refreshing showers, guests can enjoy convenience and comfort throughout their stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this fantastic home offers a welcoming spot to unwind.

*The Pool, Fire pit, and Dock are shared with other cottages. The Pool and Dock are available in July and August.

FIRST FLOOR: Entry from the non-water side of the house opens to a fabulous eat-in kitchen with a large table that easily seats eight plus counter seating for two. The Kitchen opens to a spacious Living Room with cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows overlooking the lawn and shoreline below, TV, plenty of cozy seating, and doors to the front deck. A Bedroom with a Queen bed is near the front entry, as is a shared Full Bath with a stall shower and a door leading to the front deck. Laundry is located in the basement.

SECOND FLOOR: To the left of the stairs, a Primary Bedroom features a King Bed, doors to a balcony overlooking the water, and en suite Full Bath with spectacular walk-in shower. To the right of the stairs, a Bedroom with two Double Beds and a unique window overlooking the Living Area and out to the water views. Note that this bedroom would share the 1st floor full bath or the en suite bath in the Primary Bedroom.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Wonderful furnished deck across the front of the house offers pretty views across the water to the mainland beyond as well as a comfortable spot to dine or relax outside.

Nice yard space for safe play, and, best of all - steps away is an outdoor pool available for guests' use, shared with the other three residences on the property. *Please note the pool is typically open July and August. The house behind the pool is not open to guests and is typically vacant and/or occupied by occasional property manager/staff.

The other two residences may or may not be occupied by tenants. A shared stonework fire pit is also available for tenants' shared use.
