Oceanfront Victorian with Vineyard Sound Views

Our family of four and eight of our closest friends stayed at the Grafton Inn on a beautiful October weekend, and it could not have been more perfect. Every room offered something unique—bright, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The long dining table was ideal for our birthday dinner, and the enclosed porch was the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out across the water was just wonderful. The host and manager were great to work with and made every detail easy. We arranged for catering at the house, which worked seamlessly, and enjoyed lunch next door at Shipwrecked. To find a rental where every bedroom has its own bathroom is a rare treat, and this one exceeded all expectations. We are already brainstorming the next big occasion that will give us an opportunity to return to the Grafton Inn!

The house was right across the street from the beach and near everything. Fully equipped kitchen plus cleaning products and everything one could want. Great House!

We hosted about 15 friends at the house for our wedding at The Wharf (across the street) and the house was absolutely perfect for a large group. Each room was charming and it was so great that each one had a full bathroom. The location and common areas were wonderful, as well as the backyard and the shed with beach supplies. Check in and check out were seamless and we had a great experience.

Our stay at the Grafton Inn was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn’t have been better. The house itself was even better than expected and easily accommodated our large family of 12 adults and 7 children from ages 3 1/2 to 9. We were surprised by the ample amount of seating and space on the first floor that enabled our group to sit together or spread out in small groups. The kids (and adults too) enjoyed all the games and puzzles that were available. Of all the places we’ve stayed, this house was the most well-stocked, which we truly appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised to see TWO extra refrigerators in the shed which our large group definitely made use of! The drink fridge and ice maker on the porch was also wonderful! I could go on and on, but all our kids agreed that this was the best family vacation we’ve ever had!

Great property right on the water, communication with the renter was excellent. Updated kitchen, fantastic front porch and plenty of parking. This location is fantastic!

Awesome place, perfect for big group, incredible location

This was a work trip for us and the facilities were wonderful. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The views were amazing. We had no trouble finding great restaurants for the team. The kitchen was well furnished with anything we needed. I would highly recommend Grafton Inn.

Perfect location for beach time and nightlife We had 25 people in this house using twin blow ups in some of the rooms approved by owner. Plenty of room and amenities to accommodate us all.
