Oceanfront vacation gem w/private indoor & outdoor pools, WiFi, central AC, W/D

There is no spa at the property. The small outdoor pool that did not have heat or jets normally found in spas. The water was 78 degrees and the what jets the pool have were on the floor of the pool.The DVD, door locks, and grill all required sevice calls from the property management team.

The house is on the beach

We loved the easy highway access to our house and ocean views from our dinning and living area. We loved watching dolphins on the beach and sea vessels on the horizon . This was great for bringing our things in and out with the elevation. And we loved the game room and movie room

We had a large family with little ones and this house was just absolutely perfect for everyone. Cannot recommend enough!

This is a great house for accommodating a large group, and is a great location with great beach access. It is also well-stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a large group. It just needs some attention, as many things were not working during our stay, including a dishwasher, an oven, theater room, indoor pool humidifier, bar refrigerator, grill starters, and more. With that said, the management company was very responsive when we called about some of the issues. This would be a five-star rental if management fixes/replaces non-working appliances and adds higher quality bedding and towels. In spite of the frustration with the non-working issues of the house, our family still had a good time here.

Our family stayed in the property to celebrate a significant birthday for my sister. The property allowed all 26 of us to comfortably enjoy the home, the beach, the pool and the celebration. The only disappointment was that the hot tub nor the pools were heated. Everything was just perfect!

This house was perfect. Location, layout, amenities. We do this every year for about 15 years and this house had everything! Even the presentation with the towels on each bed. Vacasa did a great job staying in contact to make sure we had a great stay. This was a perfect weekend thanks Vacasa!!!

We’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 4 years and we’ve loved it every time. The long table where we all can sit and eat together, the awesome outdoor deck space, the amazing outside pool—we love staying here. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s starting to show some wear and tear that should be addressed like loose and broken railing spindles that are dangerous for small kids, spotty WiFi, cable boxes that rarely work. These things are minor so we’d still highly recommend this house. We will be coming back.

We've stayed at different Regency properties for years and they've always been great. The layout is perfect for large family gatherings. This year the house was even cleaner than in the past - I was really impressed with the attention to detail and how they reached out multiple times to make sure we were happy. Great house and great service. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We were 25 in the house. There was a nook, a space, a corner, and a place for everyone for every moment of their vacation. If they needed a place that was quiet, they could find one for our early risers. it was easy to move around get coffee make up breakfast without disturbing the other people. Having access to refrigerators and food on every floor, including having laundry and multiple locations made keeping up with Beach life easy. We traveled with our lacrosse team and the boys enjoyed having immediate access to the beach, Easily walkable to some of the local shops as well. We were there out of season, so the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working but the indoor pool was almost like a sauna and the kids really enjoyed that. Having double grills outside certainly made meal prep easy. The house was in great condition, pretty much everything and working order. We would definitely go back again.
