Stunning! Fabulous location. Home layout is perfect - so spacious and comfortable. So well stocked - everything you would need. Quick few minute walk to the lovely beach!

Every year, our group rents a big house on the coast in the winter to be cozy, read, and play board games. This was our first time in this home, and my friends were astounded by how nice it was. Some said it was the nicest place they've ever stayed!The house itself worked perfectly, but what was particularly nice was how thoughtfully set up it was. The massive kitchen had every particular appliance you could possibly need, along with two dishwashers, which meant we could alternate between the two while one was running. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels felt luxe. The mat in the shower felt great to stand on. Plenty of firewood and starters to use in the real fireplace. An amazing selection of teas, and even coffee beans preloaded into the espresso machine! Oh, did you want some entertainment? They had a Nintendo Switch, a ping pong table, and a microphone for karaoke. Want to do some laundry to go home with clean clothes? Extra detergent and dryer sheets. AND we didn't have a list of 30 chores to do when we checked out!Honestly, I was just so impressed. I have never, ever rented a house that predicted all our needs ahead of time. We felt so spoiled, I am not sure that we could stay anywhere else now. We're all definitely hoping it's available again next year.Thank you for such a great experience!

This is probably the most stunning home in Manzanita. This is our second stay here and we love everything about this place: the views, the kitchen, the comfortable rooms, the fireplace. The host is so kind and communicative. We spent Christmas here with my dad and friends and had such a great time! It's a quick walk to the beach and only a mile to the main street in Manzanita. If you are wanting to reward yourself by staying in a beautiful home in the best Oregon coastal town, choose this home!

Kitchen 2-3 of everything imaginable if you wanted to cook. Gorgeous views and expansive rooms, even heated floors! The fireplace rocks and the hot tub was a favorite. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the sauna. Super place for a great family visit. Communication with the host was A.

We had the absolute best time here. A stunning house…in fact, it might be the most beautiful home in Manzanita. The kitchen is perfect and I loved cooking our meals here. The views from all of the rooms were perfect. The quick walk to the beach was also fantastic. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone!

Awesome location and the house was beautifully decorated with superb attention to detail. Amenities were as described and, exceeded expectations. All rooms were very clean and tidy. Full kitchen and more...nice laundry facilities and plenty of towels and beach supplies. Appliances were all in working order and host ensured our needs were met. We rented this beautiful coastal home for a family reunion to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary l! There were 8 adults and an 3.5 yr old and 1.5 yr old. Our family has all agreed this is a fabulous rental!! We love the fact the kitchen has 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers and such fabulous stocking of everything we could possibly need and more!! We are cooking most all of our meals and-your kitchen makes it so fun! We did hit Trader Joe’s & Costco in Portland before we arrived as local groceries were quite pricy Renae Also provided high chairs and port a cribs for our lil guys The huge table was perfect for our family meals as well as nightly card games of Swoop We’ve enjoyed your sauna and hot tub. The beds are so comfortable and bathrooms well stocked Our views of the coast are amazing but the beautiful living space from which we look is so comfortable and just stunning .This place will give us such amazing memories. Renae our host was so incredibly helpful with ideas for hiking groceries and landmarks to take in. The location was well centered for an afternoon at Tillamook as well as severalTrips north to Cannon beach and beyond for great shopping and hiking. The weather was cooler than expected but the fireplace gave cozy warmth and a day staying put was blessed with breathtaking views and relaxation. We are so thrilled we found you and your place was available!It would be an amazing place to return to with several couples !

Amazing views, private, well stocked, clean, close beach access a few houses away.

We had 12 guests during our stay, and every single one of us was in LOVE with this property from the moment we stepped in the front door! This was the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve experienced. Everything you would need to make meals for a large group! So many fun and helpful extras that made our experience smooth: extra beach towels and sand toys, beach chairs, two fridges, little kid plates and utensils, ziploc bags, board games… the list goes on! Everything was spotless. It looked like we were the first to ever stay there! The renovations were beautifully done. There isn’t a bad room in the whole house. No matter where you stay it’s a win! The beach is a short walk down the street. My grandparents drove down to the beach each time and always found easy parking while the rest of us enjoyed the quick and beautiful walk. One thing I would note if you are traveling with kids that need a dark room to sleep. Almost every room in the house has a skylight or light filtering curtains. The media room is the only room that gets truly “blacked out.” If we stayed here again I would bring my Slumber Pod blackout tent for my two year old to allow him a dark sleep space! Property manager was quick with responses if we needed help and was extremely proactive in giving us a heads up if there was to be any potential problem or inconvenience. In sum, we had an absolute blast. There wasn’t one complaint from anyone! We hope to stay here again!

Our stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of spectacular! The entire house exudes luxury, with every detail thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The bedrooms were spacious, offering plenty of room for our group to relax comfortably. The kitchen was a highlight, featuring super high-end appliances and an incredible coffee/espresso machine that made mornings a treat. The house was exceptionally well-stocked—far beyond the usual, with everything we could possibly need and more. The location was absolutely fabulous, perfectly situated for exploring the area. The owner was incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this stunning property to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!

This place was absolutely stunning. Everything was impeccable and one if the best places we have rented. They thought about every detail. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. The living areas were so cozy and comfortable. The views were the absolute best. It was really nice to be a little out of town but still in walking distance to town and beach. We would love to come back here soon.

We chose this property for its location, amenities, layout, and condition. The house was very clean, in excellent condition, well stocked kitchen, fantastic view, easy communication with the property manager. Our family enjoyed the overall layout of bedrooms, everyone had their own private space. The hot tub and sauna were used daily. We enjoyed the location and surrounding areas were excellent for walking. Highly recommend, we will be back for a future stay.

Everything about this house was wonderful. To the wonderful communication to the beautiful view. The kitchen was amazing and fun to cook in with every tool you could need. The coffee bar was amazing, the beds were comfortable and clean. Stay here you will not regret it.

Amazing position above the beach with 180 degree views. Very well appointed home, from linens, firewood, faux candles and emergency lamps in the event of power outages. The kitchen is probably the most prepared we have seen with any rental. Super organized!

Wonderful property that has ample space for a family gathering. Lots of gather space, excellent kitchen that has every fun tool to cook together with your kids and grandkids. Four of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and the kid’s room has four built-in bunks. We had so much fun and everyone could enjoy some privacy when needed. Our favorite!!

We had a wonderful time! We (9 of us) travel together over many years - this is the nicest property we have ever had! We loved the house-wide views of the ocean and the luxury of a beautiful, well maintained house. I am the cook and it was terrific! A huge, well appointed kitchen with massive windows overlooking the ocean. We toured the coast both North and South - and there is so much more to experience. We plan to be back!

Second stay and will not be our last. My wife and I love everything about this property. Amenities, view, and privacy you just can’t find anyplace else in Manzanita. Great communication from beginning to end. Already looking at calendars to see when we can book again.

Beulah Reed Retreat/VRBO REVIEW: Our multi-generational family of 9 spent 7 glorious days enjoying this beautiful property overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Neahkahnie Beach. In one word, I would describe the Beulah Reed Retreat as LUXURIOUS! From the spectacular unobstructed view of the Oregon Coast, to the chef’s kitchen fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need, to the separate coffee station equipped with a professional automatic espresso machine, this home provides deluxe amenities and straightforward convenience at every turn. The living area is spacious and comfortable and perfect for gathering and connection. The town of Manzanita is a short walk away, and provides great restaurants and shopping. Best of all, for our family personally, this home is wheelchair accessible, so my father, who is a paraplegic, was able to comfortably enjoy all areas of the house, from the ADA certified bathroom/bedroom to the main living space and beyond. It’s also worth a mention that the management at the Beulah Reed Retreat is top notch; this is a beautifully run VRBO.
