Stayed Aug 11, 2025Comfortable, clean, well-equipped (except for large pot for low country boil). There were books, toys, beach buggy, etc. The location was excellent with convenient walkways to beach. The pool was immediately next door. Must be able to carry luggage up flight of stairs to condo entrance and then to second floor bedrooms. The VACASA staff was terrific!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great! It’s proximity to the beach, pool, shopping, restaurants, etc., was ideal. Check-in/out was convenient. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in this unit but not our first time staying at Sailmaker. We love this part of Amelia Island and this condo was perfect. It’s a great corner location with a private entrance. I recommend buying the amenities pass so you can use the club pool that’s closest but the other pool is fine. Our grandsons (8 and 13) had a blast!

Stayed Dec 23, 2019Spent Christmas in a Vrbo Condo in Amelia Island. This area is a hidden gem in the state of Florida. The Condo was exactly as described on the Vrbo site. The Condo location was easily accessible, kitchen was well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, LR furniture very comfy and well suited for family socializing, the beach steps away, the view...Priceless!

Stayed Sep 29, 2019Just returned from a fabulous time at Sailmaker! The location is perfect and the condo was beyond our expectations! The kitchen is very well stocked and decorating was very beachy and incredibly comfortable! I must mention the artwork, as well, because the owners have much of their own work hanging and it's outstanding. The location was fabulous and the view outstanding. Amelia Rental (Carol) was a delight to work with and very helpful. We are really hoping to return!
