Oceanfront Townhome Villa with Access to Community Pool in Surf City, NC

This house truly exceeded our expectations. It was the most well stocked home of any one we’ve ever rented. It was also very clean, and we loved having 4 king sized beds. The beds were very comfortable and were already made up when we got there.The communication from the owner was also excellent. Of course, the location is also great because you can walk to so many places that are close by. We have stayed in another home in the same complex a couple of years ago and this one was much nicer. I would highly recommend renting this home!

This is our third time staying at this lovely home. Our family will likely return again. It’s a beautiful home, in the perfect location, with incredible owners that are a text/call away if needed.

Amazing house! Was a true home away from home stay. Had all essentials that one would need. Very clean and well taken care of home. Had quick responses and great communication with our questions upon arrival and check in. Best location to be able to walk for Food, Groceries, Snacks, and Shopping.

This is our second year in a row at this same house and it is perfect. Very clean, plenty of space, easy check-in and one of the best locations in Surf City - you can walk to almost anything! Owners are super nice and helpful. They even sent me a reminder on when trash day was. Would recommend to anyone!

This VRBO rental is the best we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve been using VRBO for 10 years. We’ve been here twice! Owners are fantastic and easily contacted. Their attention to detail is excellent! Point Break and the owners are second to none. The property is beautiful and centrally located. The amenities provided by the owners are top notch. This is our second time staying at this property. I don’t think we will stay any other place.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first time staying. Our family already booked for next summer! Kristy and Garrett are the most amazing hosts! The house is so beautiful and extremely clean and in the best location in Surf City! The only thing you need is a toothbrush. Kristy and Garrett have thought of everything you could possibly need. From the warm welcome of walking in the house you just know it’s going to be a wonderful vacation. I can say we are already counting down the days until we are there again!!

This is our second year in a row coming to this property. The house is amazing, the location is perfect, and the owners couldn’t be more accommodating. Even though a tropical storm rained on our time we had a great time. The owners kept us informed and helped us with anything we needed. I’m sure we will return again.

Absolutely an amazing property! Stunning ocean views, well appointed amenities and very tasteful beach decor. Best location , 100% walkability to shops , dining snd bars.

Point Break is a beautiful space and was an oasis for our family of 8. We ranged from 7 months to 92 years old and all agreed it was terrific! Thank you Kristy and Garrett for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our stay in this property immensely - the location can't be beat, the unit itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the owners could not have been nicer.
