Our second time renting this property the kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated Will probably come again in the future

This was a good stay in many ways . The property however has a lot of deferred maintenance and the garage was especially dirty and not cleaned. It is good the owners have upgraded the kitchen and the bathrooms but there is a lot of old items and “junk” in the house that is very old and unnecessary. I would also suggest a deep clean to make your guests feel better. The expense is in line with a 4 star hotel and frankly the property as a whole does not meet those standards, so it feels over-priced. The setting and location is good but I would not return for the aforementioned reasons. I can send photos. I also would say that I do not believe Vacasa inspected this property. Would also appreciate getting less notices and messages from you. Check out time should be 11am as 10 is too early. PS it seemed the door was open( unlocked)!when we arrived and we left it that way.

What a magical house! We’ve stayed all throughout Sea Ranch and you can’t beat this location nor the house itself. It’s well-maintained, spacious and comfortable (plus, pet friendly!).

Best vacation rental ever. Will only book this place going forward when we visit Sea Ranch. Super clean, great location and the views are amazing. It's pet-friendly but you wouldn't think it was because it's so clean! Hot tub is fantastic, no issues with TV or wifi. Kitchen is stocked really well with all modern appliances, dishes, cookware, you name it.There are three deers that visit! You can also hear the ocean waves from the property when you sit in the hot tub.Truly an amazing property, worth the money.

Overall I think this rental is good for a small family but could use some updating here and there. The main thing I believe prospective renters should know is that Vacasa asks that you drive 20-ish minutes (one way) from the house to pick up a parking pass within 24 hrs of arrival. That wouldn't be a big deal if we were staying for a while, but since we were there for just one day, I risked it and did not pick it up. I feel for what we paid, that pass should have been at the house. Not sure why that isn't the case already. The pros of the house: Pretty cool Sea Ranch architecture, great location that’s close to the lodge, ocean and trail, 2 nice new bathrooms , nice new large kitchen, a lovely view, and outdoor space for gathering. The oks of the house: The hot tub was large but kind of dated and had weak jets. Even though there are 3 bedrooms, just know that only one is large with a view and the others are small and uninspired. And I would say that even though the size and view from the large bedroom is great, it really could use some updating/freshening up. Some of the artwork was covered in cobwebs just adding to an overall “just good, not great” feeling. All in all, I'm not sure it's worth the price for a couple but we did see a bobcat on the porch, so maybe it is! :)

Lovely, spacious, well appointed home with stunning views of the Pacific and its coastline, with breathtaking sunsets. We’ve been coming to Sea Ranch for more than 25 years and this is one of the nicest homes we in which we have stayed.

Our family has been coming to Sea Ranch for more than twenty years and this home is the nicest we have stayed in. Great location, spectacular views, clean and spacious. An absolute pleasure!

House was much closer to beach than the pictures showed. A lot of friendly people walked by on the trail within 100 ft. of your porch. Views were unobstructed and magnificent.

Comfortable home, great location right on Bluff Trail (walking distance to Sea Ranch Lodge and Moonraker Rec).

There are no words to describe the amazing view right out the front windows . Great beaches are within walking distance. Surfing in the waves right out in front of the house. I found everything to be very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and make your stay comfortable The primary bedroom was large with the same amazing view as the front room . Bed was very comfortable. My son and his lady friend stayed in a guest room with a partial ocean view and were very satisfied. There is a work space for those who may need to do a little We will definitely rebook this vacation rental again soon.

Our family has come to Sea Ranch for over two decades now, renting a dozen different houses and always loving the experience. The last few times, we've stayed at this place on Bowsprit close. We love this house. It is absolutely perfect! Right on the bluff top and on the trail by the water front. No noise, except for the gentle giant The Pacific and its deep and powerful breathing. We love the house location, and a big highlight for us is that there is an enclosed garden where we can let the dog run around and sniff everything! Whenever we come there, she recognizes the place and becomes exuberant with joy (just like us)! We are so grateful to the owners for making their lovely house available!

Property was beautiful. Front yard could have been kept up better. But we didn't spend any time there.

Great views and great property. Just steps from the coastal path, a beautiful beach and only 15 mins walk to the lodge. Will definitely return!

We spent a girls weekend at this property and overall had a really great time. We would come back for the view alone as we spent 90% of our time here on the deck. The check in process is cumbersome. We didn’t know till the day before we had to drive to the property management office to pick up a “welcome packet” which in reality was a parking pass you hang in your window. This seems like an unnecessary step for the renter to do. This “packet” could have easily been left at the property by the property manager when they come before we arrived to do things like turn on the hot tub. They also didn’t tell us we were able to check in early till 12pm, but we weren’t planning on leaving till 12 anyways because it’s a long drive. If we had known early we would have taken advantage of the extra time. But that’s minor. The property itself is nice, and very well stocked. My only complaint is the house definitely needs some updating. Paint is peeling, the flooring is missing around the second toilet, and there’s mold in random places (it’s right on the water so it’s constantly damp, so I’m sure mold is a constant issue). I also wish they would wash the windows that face the water before each stay. All of that being said, we had a great time. You absolutely cannot beat the view, and although the house needs some updating, it was comfortable and worked perfectly for our stay. We would stay here again!

This home has to rank as one of our favorites in Sea Ranch. It had a great location - right on the bluff and more or less equidistant between Black Point Beach and Pebble Beach. It has expansive windows both in the living room and the master suite that give great views of the ocean and the sunset. The kitchen was relatively well appointed (except coffee filters!) and the beds were quite comfortable relative to other Sea Ranch homes we have rented. The small suggestions for improvement we had were (1) the furniture needed vacuuming. The living room couches had dog hair and crumbs on them when we arrived and made me allergic in the evenings; (2) the trees around the home - especially the tree that looms over the hot tub - needed some pruning. The hot tub was a bit of a disappointment because of this tree as you couldn't see much of the sky because the tree has grown out over the hot tub, which was not clear from the images; (3) the windows (with those incredible views) needed cleaning when we arrived. We were initially just bummed about it but then discovered a hose on the deck in front of the windows. One quick rinse of the windows and the views returned and were spectacular for the duration. All in alll a great stay that we would definitely want to return to in future. Thank you!
