Oceanfront screened porch & private walkway to beach, 3 outdoor showers & WiFi

The home was nicely decorated with beach decor. It was well stocked with anything we needed to cook and use on the beach. Loved that all bedrooms had 2 televisions. We are talking about renting it for our week vacation in summer 2026 instead of going to the Outer Banks. Thank you to the owners for supplying us with a wonderful beach house to stay in for a few days, we had an awesome time and enjoyed our 2 month old grandsons first beach trip and watching our other grandsons (age 3 and 1) play on the beach.

Awesome house, very well stocked with everyday items as well as back items. Love the screened porch and you can’t beat the 30 second walk to the beach.

This was a late rental, but we were very happy. Unfortunately, with the tropical storm approaching we left in haste and forgot to pack a lot of great beers and imported wine from Italy. I hope the people following us enjoy it.

Wanted a quiet beach trip to celebrate our anniversary. This place was perfect. Great location, beautiful beach and the house had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely home! We typically prefer to stay oceanfront, but needed to book a shorter stay this year so third row made the most sense for us based on rates/availability. We love Holden Beach! This property checked all the boxes for us. Well stocked kitchen, dog-friendly, impeccably clean. Close access to beach via private neighborhood access - 4min walk. Would love to return to Seahaven Too! Tips for improvement: -One to two trash bags would be helpful as we had to purchase while other items like dish/laundry detergent, hand soap were provided -Full set of dinner plates -View of Intracoastal from master bedroom was lovely except for the tire/dirt landfill which was not shown in the photo

This home was absolutely perfect. It's decorated nicely, it was so cozy, and it had everything we needed. We very much felt at home. I was really impressed at how clean it was. It's a very short, easy walk to the beach - takes maybe 3 minutes. We loved all the balconies and enjoyed watching deer in the backyard in the mornings. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better place! This will be my go-to rental for future trips to Holden Beach!

Easy direct oceanfront access. Our family enjoyed the large picnic table located within the screened in porch. Also, the numerous rocking chairs for late night relaxing. There are little prickly sand spurs located in the front, side, and back yard. We had to pick these out of our dogs paws a few times during our stay. Very painful for animals and humans. Be sure to always wear shoes!

The house was well furnished. Open concept provided a large common space. The bedrooms are larger than a lot of the houses we have been to, you don’t feel cramped into just a room with a bed. There were plenty of games and puzzles to entertain the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was nicely stocked with all the necessities. Had plenty of seating for everyone. We had a great week!

This home was perfectly located with upper balconies that gave a front view of the ocean and a back view of the intercoastal waterway. Each bedroom had its own balcony which was great and each balcony had chairs, tables, and a wall outlet. The main level also had front and back balconies that didn't give a water view but was fine getting to see all the people walking or jogging by in the front or just enjoying peace and quiet in the back. The home had everything you need for a 7 day stay for 4 people. The home was perfectly located needing an exactly 2 minute walk to the beach. It was funny watching people walk from a long ways down the road and then just popping down the step and walking 1 block to the sand. We appreciated the pet accommodations, they even had bowls for our dog. Normally I have a list of cons, there were none. That is amazing to say the least, and Vacassa even called an hour after we checked in to see if all was ok in case there was a problem. We experienced zero the whole trip Loved it!!!
