Stayed Nov 23, 2025This is my family's 3rd time renting this home. A great layout and enough privacy for all. We hosted Thanksgiving dinners there in '22, 23, & 25. I would suggest a blanket in the bedroom closets; especially during the fall and winter months.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Very nice property. Plenty of room, with large family areas with upscale furnishings. Elevator was a great feature for moving luggage and groceries. Great appliances and plenty of cookware. Very quiet area and uncrowded beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great house for my family! The railing on the decks needs to be replaced due to rot. Was a little concerning with my young grandchildren. The TV on the first floor living area was missing and the TV on the 3 rd floor living area was not connected. Must say the TV control was very confusing to work on the main living area. These things were of no concern to us because we were there to be at the beach. But some renters may be very unhappy. Will definitely be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely a fantastic house; wonderful for couples. Beautiful views, lovely back yard, everything perfect. The only suggestion we had was to please change the front door so it can be unlocked with a latch or supply a key. If there were a fire it might be the only safe way to get out.

Stayed Oct 6, 20213 generations went on an early fall beach vacation - this is our 3rd trip to Debordieu and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. We are already planning our next trip down and will be booking this beautiful, spacious home! Thank you so much for sharing your beach house!

Stayed Nov 24, 2020This property was everything we expected and more. Our group was 8 adults and one toddler and there was more than enough room for all of us. This was our second time renting a home in Debordeiu, and this home was even better than the last one (which we loved. A couple of our family members have mobility issues and this home was spacious enough for them to get around easily with a walker and motorized scooter. The elevator was great for allowing them to easily move from floor to floor. The home is perfectly positioned to enjoy picturesque views & sounds of the ocean from the common areas inside, as well as all of the outdoor porches, without having to walk to the beach, if you don’t want to, or can’t. All of the rooms and spaces throughout the home are exactly as pictured on the website. The decor and amenities are the perfect balance of modern convenience and southern charm. Though it is not mentioned in the description, the kitchen is full of just about every utensil, dish and appliance, which was perfect for us because we never left the property during our visit. We had a minor issue with the elevator the night we arrived. It was after Office hours, so we called the answering service and to my surprise someone picked up right away (Delaney). I explained that we needed a resolution right away, because my family member on the scooter was still in the garage & would not be able to take the stairs to get into the house. Delaney was super helpful and after a couple of calls to maintenance, she was able to give us instructions to resolve the issue within 20 minutes. We enjoyed everything about this property!
