High Cotton Incredible oceanfront house in DeBordieu high cotton

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had unfortunate timing with the weather. In spite of torrential rain and wind, our family had a great time. High Cotton is such a wonderful beach house. We should know, we basically spent the entire time inside! From the view to the layout of the common areas to the comfort and privacy of the bedrooms, we couldn't have asked for more. It also had the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen. We'll be back - hopefully with some sunshine next time!

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained property. 3 couples were very comfortable with enough space for both group gathering and privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Nice linens/comfortable bedding.Perfect location for sunrise.

Easy check in and communication with the realty company. We enjoyed the bicycle rentals along with chairs and cornhole boards during the stay. The elevator is a nice amenity to use also.

Amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, immaculate spacious accommodations, and so much more. Located between Pawleys Island and Georgetown. We loved our week at the beach and will be back.

Reviewer Comments: The upstairs A/C unit was out for the first three days of our stay which made for a few uncomfortable nights, but the TideLife staff was very responsive and the owner made an accommodation for our troubles, which we very much appreciated. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. This was our second stay at High Cotton, which is in a perfect location. We love DeBordieu and have been vacationing there for ~20 years. The house was clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. High Cotton perfectly fits our family's needs. We hope to return again.
