Beautiful house and excellent location overlooking the water! Loved the pool!

The location and views are wonderful. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family.

Very nice home, felt new and modern. The stairs up were relatively easy for us seniors. We did plan our trips down to the pool so we didn’t have to go back and forth much. If you have mobility issues maybe not for you. Of course, this is a common design in this area for storms. The pool was pretty private, every now and then boats go by and there were some folks who use the space next to the house as a hang out but we were not really bothered by that. We fished directly from the house! Even caught a shark night fishing. Close to whatever you may need (groceries, restaurants, activities, and the rest of the keys). Overall 5 stars. We liked not having a massive “to-do” list upon checking out…. Thanks!

Host was responsive in the planning process. The property manager was responsive and checked in on us during our stay. We loved the location, very quiet. The views could not be beat! We loved the pool and tiki hut. From the deck, We saw a variety of fish, birds, and butterflies. We saw iguanas and lizards. We saw a turtle and manatee. The water was so calm even on the windy days. We would come back!

Beautiful, great view, great house, great pool

Everything was absolutely great. Everything you would need is at the house. Pool is really nice to come back to after being out all day at the beaches. Fishing was great!! We had an amazing time once again. We love staying here every July.

We had everything we needed here. Saw manatees, sea turtles, dolphins, and iguanas. We saw giant eels coming out of the rocks under the dock. We fished from the dock every day. We love the outdoor shower with hot water. We made friends with the neighbors and they sent us home with the best mangos we’ve ever had. Would love to come back one day.

Loved my stay again this year! Fifth stay here at Little Venice. This spot is so relaxing and beautiful . Home is so clean and very close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. All the comforts of home and the most spectacular water views! The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off on the warm afternoons. I can’t wait until next year!

The property was excellent and the location was paradise! From fishing from the dock to swimming in the pool...sipping drinks on the deck and under the tiki hut was all amazing! This home was everything I could have dreamed of for our family vacation celebrating our son's 13th birthday!

Everything was as described in the listing. The location and the view were just perfect. Fishing right from the property and the pool were great. The area was quiet but there’s very easy access to the main road and many wonderful restaurants in Marathon. Pharmacies and grocery stores are nearby. Loved the screened porch. Had coffee out there every morning. Would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice house. Comfortably fit 6 adults. It was nice being right on the water and the saltwater pool was great. Easy access to lots of restaurants and Sombrero Beach. Close enough to Key West for day trips. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

Property listed accurately and was very comfortable. The pool was warm, and the view was nice. The only suggestion we would include is that some accessories like beach chairs, a cooler, more beach towels and some hooks outside or a rack for wet clothes would be nice for those who enjoy the beach.

Great vacation! Close to stores, restaurants, fishing, and other stores. Relax in the quiet neighborhood with fantastic views of the gulf! Heated pool was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Everything was spotless and clean, had everything we needed. We have been coming to the Keys for years now and this was by far the best placed we stayed. Everything was absolutely great. Had an amazing time! We will definitely be back next year! No problems what so ever!

Thanksgiving week with family at this home was perfect! Location was excellent for fishing and close to stores. House had everything we needed. Only wished there was more utensils. Had plently of nice towels and pool towels and very comfortable beds. Tiki hut was great for our evening meals watching sunsets and morning coffee sunrises from our own backyard! Heated pool was a huge plus! Would stay again!

Our family had such a great time at this property. It was our first time in the Keys. We couldn't get enough of the views. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk our dog. The pool was always the perfect temperature. We enjoyed fishing off the dock every day. We loved Curly's Coffee around the corner for our morning coffee fix. If you have kids, the Turtle Hospital was a great time. Key West was just about an hour drive for a nice day trip. Must try Lick It BBQ about 13 miles North. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to come back!

We came to celebrate our daughters college graduation and husbands retirement! It was everything we had hoped for. The house was spacious, clean, and updated. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was a must in the south Florida heat and the water views were stunning! There is a beautiful view from every window! We saw a manatee and sea turtle within reach of the sea wall. We will be back!

This property was perfect for my family. Excellent view of the ocean, and a nice pool to enjoy after coming back from a day of fishing. The gazebo was nice to enjoy the view while not cooking in the sun. Inside seemed new and clean. Would definitely visit here again.

Everything is in working order at the house. Being completely honest, there is a moderate pigeon problem in the rafters outside the home, so much as the poop became a daily problem. Other than that...we love the view, plenty of towels...kitchen stocked well as we cooked every day. Would like to stay again...great location

Had another wonderful stay in this beautiful home! House is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The water view is spectacular! The weather was extremely hot the week we were there and the pool was very refreshing. Other than the nesting pigeons under the home everything was perfect. Very close to shopping, restaurants and major Marathon attractions. Looking forward to next year already!
