Oceanfront on Dickinson Street

Property was in a great location. The downside to the property is the condition of the bathrooms, they need updating. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. None of the slider doors were working properly. These are things that are not appealing to renters.

We loved the location of the house. The layout of the house was perfect. Somethings need to be added and updated. Curtains or blinds in the living room. Workable blinds in the kitchen. Screens able to close to the sliding doors so you can leave them open. Bathroom in master bedroom

We just spent a week and loved it! So close to the beach, we were able to go out every single day and spend hours out. Loved the balcony of this rental, the views of the ocean, being able to have the doors open to hear the ocean and the sunrises are amazing!! All the rooms were perfect. The kitchen looks to be updated recently and everything worked great. We were able to cook 3 meals and save on eating out the entire vacation. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere close to the beach. My contact at Coldwell was Bill, he was so helpful and even called me on check-in day to let me know where to find our welcome packet. No one I've dealt with in the past has ever done that, he was great and the call appreciated! I will be contacting Coldwell or Bill to rent this place again next year!!

The house was wonderful with plenty of room. At first walking into the living room and seeing the large windows along the wall looking out to the ocean beyond was just lovely. The deck off the master bedroom also gave a great view the house was spotless. With everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely book this house next year. Our host Mr. Martin was especially helpful

Unit was as advertised. The location couldn't be better. The family had a wonderful week
