Oceanfront, Old Silver Beach

Great location. Nice deck with wicker chair and couch that faces the beach for beautiful views and sunsets!

Wonderful home right next to Old Silver Beach. Enjoyed our stay very much. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed, and you can see the ocean from their deck. Highly recommended.

My family stayed for a week long beach vacation in this home and really enjoyed it. The house was very clean and comfortable with good ac, functional furniture and kitchen, comfortable beds, a great porch, and updated bathrooms. The best part about the house is that it’s just a short walk to the beach- I would say it took us less than 5 minutes to walk and we had no problem bringing our chairs and gear over (including 70 folks and a pregnant woman). Because of this convenience we didn’t have to worry about crowded parking at the beach and felt at ease going back and forth from the beach and house. There is a private walkway from the back of the house straight to where the beach is. We also walked down for a nice sunset a few times. Special mention for the house’s gorgeous hydrangeas. It was like living among big bushes of cotton candy! We really enjoyed our time here. The owner was easy to communicate with and the house didn’t have an overwhelming amount of rules. The only drawbacks (if I have to mention any): there aren’t a ton of screens in the windows so you can’t open them for fresh air without risking bugs. There were quite a few ants on the back patio which limited our ability to dine outside. There is a cool spot on the grill. Prepare for everything to be a little damp with such close proximity to the ocean! On one night noise was an issue with folks playing loud music from old silver beach past their closing hours.

We loved our stay here! The close proximity to the beach, the view of the gorgeous sunsets, and the comfortable home made our family vacation so special! Everyone enjoyed themselves!

Beautiful spot, short walk to beach, fantastic sunsets, nice walking area with trails. Comfortable beds, quiet area, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thanks Bryan for a lovely vacation.

Stayed for a wedding at the sea crest and it was a great location. House had an amazing view of the ocean and was a quick walk to the beach. The house is a good size, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The house looks small in the picture but don't let that fool you, the interior offers large rooms on two floors. Comfort and tranquility are there. We are delighted with our stay. Charles and Andrée September 2024

What an incredible spot! So close to town, right across from the beach, fantastic property exactly as advertised. Owners are so helpful and super responsive. We will absolutely be staying here again!
