Great property with direct access to the beach. Plenty of books and games to chill while still enjoying the water. Perfect communication.

Our family had the most wonderful time staying here. The home was exceptionally clean. The beds and furniture were all so comfortable and the kitchen was amazing - we only ate out once! We had a family of 6 adults and three kids under 5 years old. Everyone was so comfortable! We spent a relaxed week and hope to stay here again in the future.

Best place to stay at the beach, clean great upkeep of the house we loved it

This is the second year we have stayed here. The place being oceanfront is clean well-kept and is updated. The house has all the amenities of home while at the beach. The updated walkway to the ocean is wonderful. In addition, the host is easy to work with and cares about those that are vacationing. We have already rented for the 2026 season and can’t wait to return.

We had such a wonderful week at your home!!! It was inviting from the first step inside. The personal touches, furniture choices, decor, & SOOOO many amenities that the average house doesn't have welcomed us in & made us feel like we were in a home NOT a rental. Your home that went above & beyond welcoming our family, as I'm sure it does for all of your guests! I think you must have made several lists brainstorming ALL that your guests could possibly need or want! From the q-tips, cotton balls, Dixie cups, hand soap, toilet paper (the only type that I can use), paper towels, a well-appointed kitchen, wonderfully-soft sheets w/the perfect summer weight blankets, a blanket box w/the perfect variety of blanket types (I fell in love w/the patchwork quilt.), furniture & decorations that would convince me that move-in ready can be done perfectly, the peaceful, comfortable, shady deck spaces, the rinsing area with 2 speeds of water, a bench for rinsing or enjoying the sights & breezes, the umbrella holder, the many, many items in the storage room borrow, & even flashlights in the kitchen drawer for nighttime strolls on the beach to the roomy pantry, & SOOOO much more!!! You even have the sweetest neighbors, who invited us over for drinks. They were lovely people, & their dog, Finley, was so snuggly sweet! Had your neighbor & I not have investigated the increased wind from Hurricane Helene, I wouldn't have known that anyone was living just a wall apart! You couldn't hear them talkin

Truly a great property. Clean, comfortable and the owner has thought of everything you might need. Beautiful views from every level, and convenient private beach access. Latched gates on the porches and walkway make it great for kids and pets. A real gem.

Not only was the home perfect for our family of 7, but the local shops/restaurants and direct access to the beach were wonderful additions. The bonus of the host providing beach gear, a library, games, and crafts made the vacation a true win (despite the weather!). We had a wonderful week. Definitely plan to return.

We loved the property! Our dog loved the decking as he could run out to see the beach and people watch but we knew he was safe. Everything we needed was there and easily found. The furniture was comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this house - Christina thought of EVERYTHING. Things you take for granted at home but don’t think about packing (laundry baskets! Stain removal spray! Qtips! Aluminum foil! Tissue boxes! The list goes on…) Other than beach and bath towels, we didn’t need to pack anything (ok besides clothes, etc.) The house itself was beautiful, the back deck has gorgeous views of the beach and ocean, lots of sitting space. Loved that there was a king bed in every room so that all adults would be comfortable. Christina left the sweetest welcome gifts too, and all my communications with her with friendly and prompt. If we go to Topsail again, I would immediately book this house again. 11/10 highly recommend!

Exactly as described

The location is ideal - about 1/2 mile from Mr. Godwin's market (which is small but has everything!) and live music and ice cream shop! The house has a new walkway to the beach, complete with a water station to clean the sand off. Check in/out is super easy. House was clean and all questions were addressed immediately. The hardwood floors are spectacular and we appreciated the modern laundry machines. View of ocean inside house and from porches is excellent. We couldn't find a steamer in the kitchen but everything else was there (and clean). Small suggestion - move the flatware to the larger drawer left side of frig because the flatware drawer is small and kept getting stuck when trying to open. We would definitely stay here again. This is a beautiful rental! Bring your towels! Everything else is provided! It’s clean, it’s adorable and right at the beach! Communication about questions and concerns were promptly answered. It might be the best rental we have ever stayed in. We were sad to check out. Thanks for an amazing week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the oceanfront oasis. The view from the top deck was amazing and we loved spending time out there reading and lounging! We loved having the 3 bedrooms each with our own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The place was super clean and Christina was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to going back!

We liked it so much we booked the next vacation on day 3 of our stay!

We literally just got home and I can’t wait to go back. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The layout and decor were functional. Plenty of games, books and crafts. The host was very responsive to my questions. The beach was beautiful and even though we were near a public access on Memorial Day, it wasn’t crowded at all. It doesn’t get much better than this!
