Oceanfront oasis on the beach with boardwalk, deck, outdoor shower, & central AC

A great rental with most needed items in the home already.

Both upstairs toilets need new flushing mechanisms. Mattresses were exceptionally uncompromising. Otherwise good space

Great beach house! perfect weather. the accomodations were terrific! We only wish there was another table and seating for meals outside. The deck is perfect for eating outside! The view exceptional!

Nice property ocean front.

We had several issues that caused discomfort during our stay, like water damage in the oceanfront bedroom, a broken laundry closet door, and only 7 forks for our group of 8, but overall it was a nice stay. Close to the bridge, walking distance to coffee and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach.

when we first artived at the property everything seemed fine. the next morning we went to take out trash and noticed there were no more trash bags. only 1 in kitchen and one in a bathroom. as my mother lioked in trash can she koticed a used condom.then we noticed old coffee in the coffee maker. my brother and sister arrived a day later to find semen stains on their cmforter and sheets. this is the worst place i have ever stayed when it comes to cleanliness. the sad part is i contacted management to be told i will pass the information and someone will call you. its been over a month and no one has reached out to address it, or to even say sorry.

The house was very clean and accommodating and very convenient to the beach..

We got there and had to do cleaning. I feel like on vacation. You shouldn’t have to do any cleaning at all the coffee pot had mold in it. We were big coffee drinkers so this was important. The bathroom mat hasn’t been cleaned underneath it. It had a lot of hair in sand right when we got there. Toothpaste on the mirror I’m not even sure the cleaner showed up before we got there. You go on vacation to relax and we immediately got on our vacation and had to clean. Not to mention the dirty dishes that were put up into the cabinet. We contacted them about it. All they did was come and replace a shower curtain that had been ripped before we got there. We stated these complaints privately and left a note for the cleaner. Just wanna make sure everyone knows what they’re getting into before they stay here with this company.

This house met all of our needs. It was clean, had linens, extra towels, and the perfect location. Loved the communication with Vacasa. Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful deck and deck furniture to enjoy the ocean view. The only thing missing was a grill. But, we did enjoy the local restaurants. The family concurred that this was our favorite place so far. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! The house is convenient to the beach! We were very fortunate with great weather! We would stay there again!

The location was nice and quiet. I did have a strange man look into the living room window, hopefully it was just a nosey neighbor. I informed the property manager. Everything was okay. The orher beds in the non master room were extremely soft and low to the ground, very hard to get up.

Nice new clean professional

Very nice unit in an ideal location for those who like a quiet beach. The view from the deck was very nice and beach access on the boardwalk was perfect. In general the unit is well-maintained and in good repair. Bathroom fittings (TP holder, towel bars, etc.) could use updating though. One was broken and others were loose.Early season made access a breeze - close to the causeway and several good restaurants.

After our trip to the mountains got cancelled due to Hurricane Helene, we were in need of another location for our weekend getaway. So we traded the mountains for the beach! We had the best time and this was one of the best places we have EVER stayed at. The house was incredibly clean, in a wonderful location, had lots of complimentary items that aren’t usually provided in a house rental, etc. We love the Southport area, so staying here gave us the best of both worlds being close to the beach as well as a 15 minute drive to our favorite little Southport town.

This home was exactly as advertised . Right on the beach and the covered patio with the table was our favorite! We ate all our meals out on the porch!

This residence is simple and offers the necessities for a trip to the beech. Only a short drive to the beach and everything Oak Island has to offer.

Loved the beachfront and extremely easy walk to the beach! Truly nothing is better than walking a few steps and being directly on the beach! Unfortunately it did needs some updating. The furniture, rugs, and blankets need replacing as they all look and feel dirty. The ice maker and dishwasher didn’t work. Which are major appliances when trying to relax on vacation. It felt more company owned than personally owned. But overall the beachfront view and easy access to the beach make it.

We loved staying here for a week!

Very nice house. Recently remodeled. Everything looks and works great. The garage is a nice feature. Big master bedroom with private bath also a plus. I would definitely look to rent this again
