Great place right on the beach.

The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was on a wonderful section of beach with amazing views and easy access to the beach and water. There were even amazing views from the first floor bedroom and deck, which is not common. We were traveling for my aunt's memorial and the house was a restful place to return to afterwards. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. They accommodated a special request and I am so very grateful to them for this. It helped make this trip really memorable for me.

The Coconut has beautiful views and is right on the beach. The sounds of the waves made sleeping wonderful. Found lots of shark teeth!! BIll and Amy were responsive when we had questions. Comfortable beds, great beachy decor. Full Moon over the Ocean was breathtaking.

Great amenities and view. We even had a dolphin siting from the deck.

Fantastic location right on the beach! Sitting in the living room looking out the slider feels like you are on a boat. The dolphins, the birds, the sunrises and sunsets, just can’t get any better! Comfortable beds with lots of pillows and blankets and a very well stocked kitchen just added to it all!

Beautiful home with ocean front views! The weather didn’t cooperate for a couple of days, but we still enjoyed watching the ocean from the comfort of the living room.

Beautiful home, very clean. The view is beautiful and the beach is immediately in front of the house.

The Coconut did not disappoint! Ocean views from 3 different levels- perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The top deck is off of the master bedroom and has incredible views.Owner provided linen and towels (which, if needed is a plus) and was decently communicative for a couple of things that came up.The only drawback was having to go through one of the downstairs bedrooms to access the porch/stairs to the beach. Cannot go around the house from the front door because of the dune on one side and the neighbors property on the other. Thank-you again for sharing this great space

This was our third time staying at this house and we love it and will continue to come back. The house came with 4 beach chairs, boogie boards and lots of sand toys. The only real bad thing about the house is that the only way to get to the steps that lead to the beach is through the first floor bedroom. So how ever stays in this room should expect a lot of traffic. It has never been a problem for us.

Best Views, quiet beach

What an amazing stay! We picked the location for its proximity to the beach and it didn’t disappoint. Our hosts were excellent communicators as well. 5 stars!!

My family had a fabulous stay at The Coconut! Life on the beach was relaxing with everything we needed to enjoy our time.Topsail is a real gem!!

At high tide the ocean came right up to the steps off the middle balcony. It was wonderful to have our own private beach. We had plenty of room for our party of 7. There were lots of dishes & cooking utensils. A grocery was very close. Lots of good places to eat.

We really enjoyed our week stay at The Coconut, reconnecting with our three adult kids. This beach home is nicely decorated, well-maintained, nicely stocked, and clean. The owners were very prompt in responding to a small issue that we experienced with the HVAC, and quickly had service personnel on site to correct it. The location is as advertised - steps from the water, in an uncrowded area of the beach. We would certainly like to come back to this gem again.

Cozy beach home, right on the beach. Great area for a family to stay!

Lots of stairs so it might be hard for elderly or small children but it was perfect for us and our 2 teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The accommodations included everything that we needed for a comfortable long weekend at the beach. The rooms were private and the common area in the middle provided us good quality, family time to play games and just hang out. The access to the beach Was a plus but the stair is going down to the beach. Need some repair due to the storm surge that they experienced throughout the winter season all in all it was a wonderful experience and we really appreciate the host providing us such a great time.

The house was well stocked and comfortable. Plenty of space to visit while enjoying the beautiful ocean views. We saw so many dolphins!

This house is perfect! If you’re looking for an oceanfront property in quiet North Topsail, look no further. The house is beautifully decorated and is very private.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at The Coconut. The house was very clean and very well supplied. The owners thought of everything. The main living area was extra spacious, and the bedrooms large and comfortable. The view of the ocean was fantastic and the beach was quiet. The owners responded quickly to any questions that we had. We hope to return.

The home is beautiful. Split bedroom plan with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the first level. Kitchen, dining, and living room on the second level, and the third bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd level. The ocean gets so close that you could touch it.

This was our second stay at the coconut and it was just as great as the first stay. From the house to beach everything is top notch 10/10 we already booked our stay for next year.

What wonderful place to stay! The access to the beach was phenomenal, you are literally on the beach! This made getting everything set up each day for our family super easy. The house had all the amenities we needed and was in a very safe, quiet area for peaceful evenings. I would definitely come back again!
