Oceanfront, located on one of Delawares most beautiful beaches.

Rented this home for a week for a family of 5. Location was perfect, parking for 2 cars was convenient, decor was darling. This home has amazing views of the beach. Hope to be back!

As we walked to the front patio, there were weeds and broken terra cotta planters. The registers were covered with black mold and dripping condensate onto the beds. Many of the drawers were covered with mold. The screened in porch on the first level was filled with broken toys and a broken beach cart. The smoke detector didn't work. The shower drained onto the patio and had neither a shelf nor a hook for towels. The closet in the front entryway had severe chipping and peeling of paint - and since the house was built before 1978, there was most likely exposure to lead. We had two young children with us who have allergies and this was completely unacceptable. We left after a conversation with the owner, who is also a Realtor, and she guaranteed us a full return of our monies. If I had previewed the property I would have never booked a vacation there. If I were to rate my stay, I would have given NO stars, but since that is not a category - I had to check one star.

This was our third time staying in this townhouse and (as usual) we loved it! Morning coffee on the master bedroom deck, steps away from the beach, easy walks into Dewey and Rehoboth. Suzanne is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We will be back!

Location is incredible (easy walk to Dewey and a short bike ride into Rehoboth), and the layout of the home was perfect for our family of five. We put our older kids in the bunk beds and had our baby on the other side of the room divider. It was perfect! Suzanne is wonderful to work with--we will definitely be back!

My husband and I wanted a weekend gateway and this was perfect. He was in the Dewey Triathlon and it was the prefect spot to walk down to the end of the street and watch! We enjoyed the two deck views and the quietness of the home! We will definitely be renting again! Thank you!

This is our 3rd year returning to Suzanne's house. We love it, walking out the sliders to the beach is just amazing, no packing up your stuff and your family and paying to park somewhere for beach access. Suzanne is wonderful to deal with, can talk to her anytime for anything.

Our family has made Suzanne's beach house our go to location to kick off the summers. Love the cottage feel and stepping off the back porch right into the sand. We will continue going back every year as long as the house remains available.

This rental was the perfect beach get away for our family. The unit is very nicely decorated with a beachy feel, and plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) to spread out a little. It is tucked back away from other rentals so it was really a relaxing place to enjoy your vacation. You can see the beach clearly from the master bedroom. We loved the screened in porches on both levels. We stayed the middle of June and were pleasantly surprised that you could go out to the beach at noon and still get a front row space by the lifeguard. The beach didn't get that crowded which was an added bonus for us. You can walk to Dewey restaurants for some really nice food. There was a place that had steamed crabs and seafood where you can sit outside and pick crabs. We also enjoyed the Starboard restaurant which offered wraps, burgers, salads, and lite fare. Across from the Starboard, there is more upscale dining. We brought our bikes and were able to get to the Rehoboth boardwalk by riding past Silver Lake. It was a nice bike ride with a lot of beautiful scenery. I must say I believe this was our best family vacation to date. For those that want a laid back, relaxing beach vacation -- I would definitely recommend this rental!!

Gorgeous, airy beach cottage right on the sand. Could not have been more pleased. We will definitely come back!
