Oceanfront House with Private Hot Tub & Beach Access - Dog-Friendly

The home was beautiful. Meticulous. Convenient to town. We lacked for nothing. We had our doggies with us and it was fantastic to have a fenced in yard and all that room to walk them. It was a glorious stay! 1st class all the way!

This house and location is perfect for us. We keep finding new things to explore each visit.

The view and vibe

It was convenient, right by ocean, so could just sit n read n crochet and listen to and watch the waves n sunlight dancing... Ice cream n coast food (fish, chowder) close .. close to Sea Lion Caves... Everything was wonderful and fully as expected!!!

This was our second year at this location. It’s a great place….beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, well stocked with quality items & most important, dog friendly.

PRO: top notch ocean view, spacious home, fully stocked kitchen, walk to town, quiet, comfortable furniture, variety of beddingCON: Pillows (too big and hard). Vacasa management so you're messaging with a corporation with no personal touch. If you're staying more than a few days bring dishwasher pods. Bring your own firewood.

Everything about this house and surroundings was absolutely beautiful being able to hear the ocean right outside was so amazing. The house was clean, bed was comfy, and the bathroom had awesome water pressure!!! The town of Yachats is one of my favorites on the Oregon coast. We will definitely be coming back to this home.

The view is amazing

This house is older but very well maintained and comfortable. When the lookout across the street is empty there is an incredible view! Cars do not block your view but we had vans spending the night and a bus pulled in one morning. Otherwise we loved sitting there sipping our coffee and enjoying the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was not working. Overall we had a nice couple of days in Yachats.

This is the 3rd year coming back to Patty's. We love the location and all the space we have. It's like our home away from home. Also, my dog liked the big fenced yard to run around. One negative was the hot tub needs instructions. It was hot the first night, but then we went to use it again on the 3rd night and it was cold. It took awhile to heat up. We just had know idea how to work the buttons. Also, the carpet in the kitchen is dirty looking. The sleep number bed also is a little uncomfortable and takes a while to get used to or adjusted. All around a great week! I wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a very nice stay and much cleaner than it had been in the past! Vacasa needs to improve on the quantity of amenities such as dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, fresh hand soap dispensers, coffee filters.

Comfortable with a relaxing location.

Perfect location for walking Yachats Beach and getting take-out from LunaSea restaurant. The mattress in the queen room is beginning to sag, but other than that everything was great.

This was our 3rd stay at patty’s and we love this house and location! I want to help you with reviews yet want to keep this a secret since it is sooo wonderful!!

Paradise

Stunning, peaceful views of the ocean were a highlight for our family of five enjoying a brief stay as part of a much longer Oregon road trip. The size, layout, and location worked well for us - I was able to work with ocean views while the rest of the family explored the area. Highly recommend this spot; would stay here again if I ever found myself back in Yachats.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon on the Oregon coast and stayed in this exact home 16 years ago when it was owned by a family friend. We were lucky to book it and bring our kids to show them the sights. This is the perfect location and just steps away from the beautiful beach. It’s at a great location central to beautiful sights to the north and south. We also enjoyed watching the bird and looking for whales with the provided binoculars. Funny side note, for me personally, a mattress and shower head can make or break a rental property and I have to say this one has it right! Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Patty‘s perch. It had beautiful views of the ocean and the fenced yard was great for my dog. The house is very comfortable to be in and we are looking forward to returning next year.
