Oceanfront house-5bd/5 full bath - sleeps 13

The size of this house was perfect for us. We had an amazing view of the ocean and beach accessories available. There were some unexpected issues but the host was easy to work with and did their best to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again if we went back.

The host always responded quickly to any problems/concerns we had. The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great beach access and lots of room for a large family

If you are reading this you have probably read the other reviews and already know that this is a great beach house to relax and enjoy the sights and sound of the surf! As an update, the decks were great and the outdoor grill area was a nice place to sit when the weather was not cooperating. The house was neat, clean, tidy and well decorated. The furniture and bedding were all very comfortable, even the Murphy bed! Each floor had its own thermostat, we adjusted our temps higher as the auto program temps were a little cool for us. The kitchen was well stocked but could use a few new fry pans. Parking spaces were ample and could easily fit six vehicles.Most importantly, communication with our host Hector was always answered promptly, no matter the time. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was nice and clean, but there were outlet/power issues as well as the hot tub was not hot and would not get hot. The property manager was notified and he acknowledged receiving the issues but none were corrected during our stay. It’s a large monetary investment to make to be disappointed with system failures such as these and no partial refund is offered in return. This property is not a 10.

The views from almost every room were breathtaking. Communication with the host was amazing. We had a small issue that was taken care of promptly. Excellent space for a girls weekend! Thank you, again!

We had 10 people and we were all comfortable. Plenty of room, clean, right on the beach. Will stay here again!

Great house and great beach!! Comfortable and clean. Our group of 70 year old college besties enjoyed the house but wished we had the elevator working. Our host was great but we had some communication problems. However he was available when we needed him! The problem might have been with the VRBO app. We would love to stay here again - lots of room, grocery store nearby and St Augustine just over the bridge.

Great place to stay. We had 10 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean and the interior is updated and modern. The location was fantastic. This house is so far away from public access ramps that we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves for 100 yards on either side, even on the holiday itself. The owner is very very responsive. The listing says space for 3-4 cars but there was easily room for at least 6. The outdoor grill is one of the nicest grills I have ever seen and the outside dining area is absolutely amazing. Great vacation home.

House was just as pictured. Beautiful view. Not crowded at all on beach.

Terrific property- suited our family perfectly! Close to amenities and town, but felt like being on our our beach! House was wonderful. We loved the outdoor kitchen. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!
