The house is well equipped and comfortable

Every thing was great and worked great. Just a couple things for the owner. Had trouble with back door sticking.Dryer on time dry cycle if you put it on 70 minutes at around 55 minutes the power glitches cutting off the tv. You then have to restart the dryer. Other than that it was a great week. We used the pool a lot. Thanks for sharing your place with us

We have stayed at Turtle Landing for a number of years in May and love its location and proximity to the beach, plus the cleanliness of the property. However, Vacasa's lack of local customer service and some issues with appliances and upkeep have us greatly concerned. 1. Lack of local customer service. Since Holden Realty sold its rental business to Vacasa a few years back, there is a definite need for more personal interaction locally. Upon our check in on May 24, I noted we were missing a set of sheets for the futon. Vacasa text indicated that would be delivered. When I asked where it was, they noted it would come the next day. When I asked again in the afternoon the following day, it was not delivered. We gave up after 3 tries. Poor. 2. The refrigerator freezer door gets stuck and it is hard to open. When we were departing after our week-long stay, the fridge started leaking badly. I contacted Vacasa and someone came to repair before the next rental week. This should have happened with the sheets and bathroom sink blockage (below). 3. The range has a malfunction in its display. It has been that way for years - with blinking numbers. Never been repaired. 4. The deck on the bottom porch leading to the beach needs repairing. There are rusty nails popped out. One of us staying here last week got a nail in their foot on the way to the beach. Maintaining that area is important. 5. The upstairs sink was clogged upon arrival. We asked for a repair upon arrival and when nothing happened with the sheet delivery, we took a plunger and fixed it. 6. There is a new grill under the home. I asked about using it and was told it wasn't for renters. Why even have it out there then if it's not to be used?

House is as advertised. Super kid friendly. Easy walk to the beach. Spacious.

Beautiful and very clean home that has everything available and more for a wonderful week's stay. Our family had plenty of room and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Turtle Landing was wonderful! We had plenty of room to relax! The weather was great! We were very excited to see loggerhead turtle nests get excavated!!

Tranquility is our favorite place to stay at Holden. We wish we were able to go ahead and book for next year, but the calendar isn't open. Vacasa is wonderful - always quick to respond to any concerns.

We have been going to Holden Beach for 11 years. We have stayed in this house for the last two times. It is the best fit for our family. The layout is great and in a great location. Quiet street. Easy to get to the beach. Private pool. I recommend this house to everyone. I wish we could afford to have one built just like it for ourselves.

A home away from home.

The home is clean, well stocked for adults and kids - it is in an excellent location. No complaints- no need to bring your own chairs as there are plenty available. This was our 3rd time staying in the home and we had a great week.
