Oceanfront home with private pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, theater room, game room

Wonderful house that served my large family and event well. Clean, spacious, beautiful house that offered everything and then some.

Since we stayed in January, I can’t give a review on the pool, however, the hot tub was phenomenal. The house was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance needed. The house was clean and very welcoming. 3 dishwashers, two ovens, 3 refrigerators. Perfect for a large get together. Even the dolphins gave a show every morning. The house was perfect.

Ocean views, great place, plenty of room for multiple families; ocean just a quick walk through the dunes, great for walking and kite flying; on site pool would have been great, BUT it was freezing— should be heated or at least have solar covers; the “beach” right off the pool deck was perfect for our young grandkids!

Was our annual family vacation. Place was nice. Pool is not heated so was not very usable[cold]. Hot tub needed to be cleaned. House was large. Layout nice. Tv with cable in all rooms was very nice. Rooms were clean. Was a nice place to go.

This house might be handicap accessible, but it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are maintenance issues that need attention. There are no directions for ANYTHING, so you have to mess with TVs, vent hood, thermostats, and everything else to figure out how they work. Pool needs a lot of attention. It isn't heated, so be prepared for cold water until probably June. Bring your own food storage containers and things like plastic wrap, tin foil, storage bags, trash bags.

My mother passed away and we needed a place to stay short notice. I found this BEAUTIFUL place and man.....im glad i did! House was beautiful with just the right amenities for the family.....including the elevator which made all 3 floors eqsily accessible! We loved the theater room and the pool table. Beautiful views with dolphins swimming past daily. Already talking about visiting there again!

While there are many good things about this property there are also some problems. The location is great and the home is large but the maintenance needs some improvement. No TV or mini-fridge in pool cabana. Continuous leek in living room ceiling and some issues with the beds and doors. Some of the issues were resolved but others were not. Also problems related to the Continuous dampness in the theater room and bedroom on top floor. The pool, hot tub and beach were great.

The property is spacious, comfortable, and has incredible views. However, the property was not ready for check-in at 4pm as promised. We had to wait until almost 5pm. Also, the hot tub was not clean. Once these issues are addressed, we would love to come again.

The house was big and well appointed. Loved the ocean views every day. I would definitely stay again.

A time to celebrate the accomplishments of my great-niece as she graduated from college. The family was able to stay together under one roof. Great memories. Would love to rent this spot again

Beautiful home, can tell it’s one of the older homes.… But an amazing location. Used it as a venue for my teenage sons birthday party so the bunk beds came in clutch. Kitchen fully stocked, clean towel rolls for every bed but Water pressure in showers was super low! But My biggest complaint is the hot tub. I ensured the home I rented had a hot tub so the boys could enjoy it during the party. We checked in Thursday with party on Friday…The boys went to get in the hot tub and it was murky, low on water And smelled. I called to complain and ask for them to just tell me where chlorine was so I could get it started… they said they would call me back but no one did. They did stop by in the morning to fill it and put in chlorine but this is now after the party. With the amount of money paid for rental AND cleaning fees I would think the hot tub would be ready to go before check in.
