Stayed Aug 2, 2025This was a great home to vacation at. We loved the spacious living room and the ability to watch all the boating activity on the water from there. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet.

Stayed May 16, 2025Very nice, convenient spot for us to use as homebase for our daughter's graduation from a local college. Beautiful neighborhood and location on Groton Point. Charming seaside cottage.
