Oceanfront home with private beach walkway, washer/dryer, WiFi & AC - dogs OK

Great location for large or multi family vacation. Family friendly end of the island.

Beautiful views and access to the beachfront! The house has an open, comfortable layout. Our family has stayed here off and on for at least the past 20 years!

We loved the view and access of the beach. The house was well appointed and very clean up on check in.

We love the layout of the home. We had four adults, two little kids, and a dog, and the space was good for our group. We love the porch, with a solid table where we had breakfast every morning. The second floor has a large double window where you can see the beautiful ocean, and moonlight on the water! Many personal touches from the family that are charming and homey. The air works well, and indoor washer and dryer are very convenient! Appliances work well. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was spacious and beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice! Beds are so comfortable! All the amenities you need. Management is very responsive. Short walk to beach. Dining and community events near by.We will definitely rent this home again!

This property has so much potential, but it’s obvious the owners don’t want to invest in it. The furniture is way past its prime. The bathrooms and kitchen need major updates and the mattresses are about 10 years past their expiration dates. The property had a problem with ants while we were there. Vacasa called to let us know about the issue 20 minutes before check in time; they did offer to move us to another home but we chose to stay due to the homes location (framily was in the home next door). The location is wonderful and the porch was an excellent place to sit.

Excellent beach front property. Location alone makes this an excellent place for a family beach trip. Plenty of room, and perfect place for the west end of holden.

One of the simplest houses we’ve stayed in, but one of the best! It was perfect for our vacation. Lots of kids toys and I noticed pack and plays/toddler mattress in multiple closets. Truly a wonderful addition for people traveling with littles! Only thing I think that needs updated is new couches/chairs in the living room. Everything else was perfect. Thanks for having us!!

Very comfortable home, steps away from shore! Home has everything you could need and not as expensive as other beachfront homes. Enjoyed every morning on the deck with a cup of coffee, watching the sun rise. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Great house! We had a great time!

Great location. Outdoor shower Most of porch new (except plank walk to porch) it is old (weather is not kind). There was two nail heads that were raised (not hard to avoid) wood on last stairs does sag and a large person it could break). Gates are nice with kids on porch. Mattresses were HORRIBLE. Bring an air mattress for each person I recommend until those are replaced! One bed upstairs does have a replaced mattress. Space is great for larger family. Our suburban fit to park underneath one space. Tons of beach boards. AC was great in the house. Plenty of towels which is rare in a rental. No spices/salt/pepper so bring your own. Great price for ocean front, just PLEASE get new mattresses, it would make such a difference!

Short walk to the beach.

I would stay here again, the house is beautiful and plenty of space. Love the double fridge and dishwashers. it is a very short walk to the beach,the upper deck has an amazing few of the marsh. We had a few problems but the staff at Vacasa could not have been nicer and did everything they could to remedy the issue. This was by far one of my favorite houses we have stayed at and we have been coming to ocean isle for 40 years. Thanks for a great stay
