Oceanfront home with private beach access, ocean views & outdoor shower

While the location was perfect the house was sparsely and uncomfortably furnished. We were supplied with extremely minimal amounts of toilet paper and paper towels, and had to even purchase a broom to sweep the floors which quickly grew sandy as the house had no rugs or welcome mats. The beds were uncomfortable and the house was not relaxing at all. It was much smaller than advertised and was quite cramped.

The location was great. But we had a major issue at the property that quickly turned our vacation into a nightmare. When contacting vacasa, not only was the communication or lack there of terrible, it has been a week since with no attempt to try and compensate for the issue. This unfortunately makes our second time renting with vacasa and needless to say will be the last.

The view, the layout of the house was perfect for us.

We were very impressed with the house. All clean, furnished well and the deck overlooking the ocean was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely book here again.

The house was just as pictured. The family was comfortable and house had all that was needed for the week. My girls (5 and 3) loved the beach and we found a bunch of shark teeth right in front of the house (including a megalodon tooth) While visiting we went to the Sea turtle rehabilitation center and the topsail pier. The only reason we would not stay here again is because my elderly mother could not get down to the beach (steep at bottom of the stairs) . This is a great place for families and would definitely recommend.

The views and location. This is the best house we have rented at Surf City or N. Topsail. We love it.

If your goal is to be right on the water, this is the house for you. High tide come up within 20 feet of the porch steps.

Oh I love this home so much. I love the deck and i absolutely love the outside shower!!! This is my favorite place on earth! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy this home!

We had a great time at this house on the beach. Place was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was as described with all need eating and cooking ware. Smart TVs were a nice feature as well. I would suggest this place to friends and relatives for an ocean front getaway. The only thing I would request is that if you arrive a hour early and nothing is going on at the house would be that you are permitted to go in. The response I received from Vacasa was the property did not allow early entry. So we just hung outside until check-in time.
