Oceanfront home with hot tub! Near Yachats! Dog Friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and comfortable, and what a view! The location is perfect. As close to the ocean as you can get. Close enough to town that it’s convenient, but far enough away that the only sound we could hear were the waves. The fully fenced yard took the worry out of letting our dog run. Great place!

The view from this house is absolutely fantastic! Sitting in the living room or on the deck, just watching the waves was so peaceful. We stayed for two weeks, with people visiting us and staying in the apartment above the garage, which worked really well since they had their own space. The slanted ceilings in both upstairs rooms took some getting used to, but the location made up for that.The hot tub was very clean and the fenced yard was much appreciated by our dogs.The cleanliness level of the rest of the house was really our only issue; but since it's pet-friendly it really wasn't a big deal to us. Some of the furnishings are pretty run down, but still functional so that didn't bother us much either. We're planning on renting the house again next year, so that should communicate how much we enjoyed our stay.

Great property. Stairs to the beach are a little treacherous and some definite deferred maintenance. Great location. Hole in the fence where the neighbors dogs kept coming into the fenced yard. All in all a pretty good experience.

Beautiful view, comfortable space, and perfect for the whole family. A few comments; there are no blinds or curtains in the apartment so female visitors will need to change clothes in the main house for privacy, there are several places in the fence that are broken, and steps down to the beach are steep and there is no handrail. If anyone in your party is unsteady, they will need to go to a different beach access. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again when my daughter is a little older.

Beautiful property. Spacious. Well equipped. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

View is beautiful. It was nice to have beach access. Stairs are not suitable for seniors or small children. The house is older and is in need of a refresh & deep cleaning. The furniture is pretty worn & dirty.

Excellent location, comfortable furnishings, lovely foliage in the yard. We felt that the rental company was more generous in their supplies than others. Lots of games and puzzles to choose from. We especially enjoyed relaxing and chatting in the cozy chairs in the living room area looking out on the ocean. Loved that it was a quick walk down to the beach! Some downsides were the two Queen beds were actually double beds, not queens as advertised. The railing around the porch hits right at the coastline view so you don't have the best view of the ocean from inside the house or on the porch unless you're standing. Windows in the detached apartment had no window coverings and neighbors can see in through all the beautiful windows on all four walls. Outdoor lights were finnicky and didn't stay on (both outside the main house and the apartment).

Cute house, great location BUT this house needs some TLC and a deep cleaning! The smell of seafood and dog urine are strong in the main house and the apartment smells like mildew. There are no blinds or curtains in the apartment, so it's bright early mornings and no privacy. The stairs to the beach have seen better days, with no hand rail and a crack in the middle that small dogs can not navigate. We ended up walking down the road to the public access. It's a cute place but it could really use some repairs.

It was an amazing place to stay and bond with family!

You're at the beach for the location, and this location was perfect. Quiet, on the ocean, great views from house, deck, and hot tub. My only issue is the kitchen. I don't like going away for a couple days and having to bring or buy spices and condiments. They had salt and pepper and that's it. If you're cooking, it was limited. The stove is in bad shape, toaster didn't work, frying pans were warped.
