Oceanfront Home with Giant Picture Windows, Gas Fireplace, and Free WiFi

This home isnt in good condition…you can tell it had been cleaned but it isn’t clean due to the years of wear and tear. Everything in the kitchen was old and covered with dust or a film… we ended up having to go out and buy our own pots and pans to use. There was a rodent on the 3 rd floor. Carpet was dirty etc. overall very disappointing for the price we paid.

This beach house could not be more magical!!! We stay every summer and everything from the incredible panoramic ocean view throughout the second story windows to the carefully curated home that Arabella has lovingly created, has given our family treasured childhood memories. Every time we stay we see pods of dolphins traveling up and down the coast. What an incredible way to wake up and have your tea in the morning watching these beautiful creatures. The home is fully equipped with games, books, towels and a full kitchen. We love to cook while enjoying the beach view and pack picnics for our beach excursions. We enjoy the best nights sleep you will ever get in the third story master with balcony doors open to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night. My children love the fruit smoothies at the coffee shop on the harbour which is walking distance and the restaurants boast beautiful seafood plates and deserts. We never want to leave and cannot wait to come back!

This is a great property! We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and sun raises. We loved that there were tons of game, books, and beach toys available for us to use. Celebrated getting engaged and turning 30 all in one weekend and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The property was right on the beach in a beautiful location. There were some things about the property that were disappointing. First, when we arrived there were linens on the table, and the chairs and bar stools were stacked in a corner. It looked like someone had not finished cleaning. In addition, there was a dirty rag left on a counter. Second, in the primary bedroom it smelled like pee on one side of the bed and there were no curtains. Third, at night in particular, the temperature was very uncomfortably warm. The house at a minimum needs ceiling fans or air conditioning.
