Oceanfront home with direct beach access, washer/dryer, deck & golf nearby

We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the house. Stained furniture, noticeably dirty railings, doors, walls. Bags of dirty sheets were on the porch.Pans and baking sheets were put away without washing.We contacted Vacasa and were told that deep cleaning was done in the off season, we don't consider what needed to be cleaned deep cleaning.

Disappointed in the cleanliness. Sinks dirty, hairs all around on the floor, dishes not clean, oven mits nasty, washing machine nasty, extra blankets dirty, couches dirty and stained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Horrible mattresses. Expected so much nicer for our money. We made the best of it and had a decent time but will not be back.

This is our family’s 7th year staying at Ridge Reef. We love the location and the amenities. Looking forward to year 8 in 2026.

This house has all it needs to be a great stay but it needs to be cared for more. It’s wasn’t clean beyond the basic cleaning they do every week. It felt dirty and the furniture is worn out. The mattress’s were new and amazing. The view is awesome and we had a great time on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home! The house was beautifully appointed—spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet with stunning views, yet just a short drive to great shopping and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The house meet our needs perfectly, could use a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs which I think they are working on. We were very comfortable there and the view of the beach and ocean were spectacular. It was close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Overall everything was pretty good and the house was just what we needed for our week together

I stay oceanfront on Topsail Island for at least one week every year and have very specific wants and needs, and this is the first in a while that has truly checked all our boxes! As I’m usually traveling with multiple other couples, more than one king bed is essential. I also want a pet friendly home that is very clean. I was grateful to walk into this home and not be able to tell that others’ pets had been there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home every meal, every day, plus a large table big enough to have a puzzle going at one end while we still ate at the other! I’m grateful to the owners for paying attention to little details that really improve guest experience, like 100% cotton sheets, outlet extenders with usb ports near the beds, and basic amenities to get us started without having to run to the store right away (like paper towels and toilet paper). I also loved the artwork choices by the owners and that there is plenty of comfy seating in the living room! We had one small maintenance issue and the local “fix-it-all professional” was quick to respond and make the necessary repairs. The beach in this particular section of N. Topsail is wide enough that you can set up behind the high tide line and enjoy the beach all day! We got lucky and saw a sea turtle nest hatch during our stay, too! This is a fantastic oceanfront beach house that I can’t wait to return to in the future!

Loved the convenience of an ocean front home. Very spacious rooms for children, parents and grandparents.

Great house. Has a drink fridge! Nice location away from piers and public access. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great large home and right on the beach. Great decks to sit on. Well stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. We never ran out of hot water - a plus.

Great location -- house needs some work. The upstairs sliding door needs a lock (not just the wooden bar) and a deep cleaning would be a plus.

House needs a very deep cleaning and should offer guests a grill to use. Cleaning crew didn’t show up until check in time and had to go back and forth to get the code on front door to work.
