Oceanfront home with beach access, a game room, washer/dryer, & central AC

The door to the beachside porch was very difficult to lock.

We had a wonderful week in the home. The kitchen was a dream with tons of counter space and room for many cooks to be in there at once. Plenty of room at the dining table and living room. The back deck is composite and was not hot on the feet, which was a welcome surprise. The basement game room was a real highlight for the kids with the air hockey table and dart board, as well as the extra refrigerator/freezer for drinks. I wish there was a way to search for that feature when booking because it saved us many trips for ice and dealing with coolers. Highly recommend loading/unloading cars in the garage. We inherited a leaky toilet on check-in day but Vacasa was responsive in getting that message passed along and the plumbers fixed it quickly on Monday. Bedding was comfortable, clean, and bedrooms had good curtains to keep the light out. Washer and dryer looked practically brand new, and you couldn't even hear the dishwasher when it was on. There was an outdoor shower underneath the deck but we didn't use it. Beach was beautiful and plenty of space between neighbors. Make sure to wear shoes to/from the beach because it's a pretty long walk and you'll really burn your feet in the summer months. Overall we had a great week with our 3 kids and 2 sets of grandparents. Would definitely come back!

I was not happy with the overall cleanliness of the home the kitchen counters were not clean -I sent pictures of the wipes I used to wipe the counters and they were black. I also had to wipe down the refrigerator found a hair and a fly in the refrigerator. I also had to wipe down the refrigerator with food stuck-I also sent pictures. we had sent messages in regard to the temperature setting and it being hot upstairs-received contact that the air conditioner was not on and they informed me that they had turned on. I had to text again about the temperature. I had previously asked if there was a way to regulate the temperature. But did not hear back. I received contact from a Casey 2 days later, I inquired about the thermostat where it was . Casey informed me where they were. I apologized due to all of us thinking that these were alarms not thermostats. Casey was awesome and very personable . The game room in the garage area did not match the pictures given. It was very disorganized and the freezer and refrigerator in this area were not clean at all and had left food in the refrigerator.

I loved the location of the home on the beach. I was overwhelmed with the cleaning of the home especially the refrigerator and overall cleanliness of the kitchen. I had sent pictures of the refrigerator that had a fly and a black hair stuck to the shelves, also grape jelly that was stuck to the door shelves. I also provided pictures when I wiped down the kitchen with Lysol wipes and they were black. I went to the downstairs of the home that was pictured as a game room I observed that it did not look like the pictures provided. Everything was not set up. There was a refrigerator and a freezer in the basement the fridge did not look like it had been cleaned or wiped out for a long time. I was unable to open the freezer. I had contacted via text about the air conditioning not appearing to be not working. I inquired if there was a way to regulate the temperature in the home, unfortunately we thought the thermostat was an alarm for the house. I did receive contact back via text that the air conditioning was not on and they set it to 70 degrees. I did not receive any information in regard to where the thermostats were. I then had to contact via text on Tuesday June 10th about how hot it was in the upstairs area. I received contact from Casey on 6/12/2025, I explained to her how hot it was in the upstairs. She inquired with me if I had checked the thermostats. I explained to her that I was not aware where the thermostats were. I also explained to her that i Had inquired of how to regulate the temperature in the home but did not receive any information about the thermostats locations. Casey was awesome informing me of where the thermostats were. She was very patient with me. I did apologize to her to let her know that we all thought that this was not the thermostat but n alarm. I can not express how kind Casey was. I thank her!!!

The beat part of home is location and deck with amazing view. No lights on deck for at night was disappointing and dangerous. Kitchen was stocked and nice. Rugs and furniture needs updating. Master bathroom on 1st floor wasn't nice andxhad erosion from water on walls, drawers. Roaches in basement game room and we found them in 1st floor master bathroom.

We normally deal with homeowners on VRBO and have stayed at another home for over 7 years. This is our first experience with Vacasa. The home was immaculate, with comfy beds and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen has every size of pan and container you could possibly need. The view of the beach was more awesome than I had expected, you can see thr beach and ocean from the comfort of the dining table or the sofas. I would love to stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed this house and location. The beach area was uncrowded and flat. The beds were comfortable. There was a TV in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The furniture was nice.

We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen! Plenty of space to sit at the island while watching others cook! Convenient to the beach and an excellent ocean view from the house!

Far nicer than we thought. Even during the storm it was a great place with plenty of room.

The house was the perfect size. We had plenty of room. You are right on the beach. When we were out on the beach there was no one close to us. My son had plenty of room to run and play. We had lots of room for our games. Loved it here.

We traveled with two families (with small children). We had plenty of space! The home has the perfect view, is so close to the ocean, has a stocked kitchen & the check in/out process was a breeze!

We had a great week long stay. Beautiful, quiet, uncrowded area of Topsail Beach. House is nicely redone, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, just the right amount of decor. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook next summer.

Spacious home for adults and kids. Easy access to the beach and quick drive to surrounding stores and restaurants.

This house is located right on the ocean with unobstructed views from living/dining/ kitchen area and two of the four bedrooms. Kitchen is well done and island is perfect for food prep and gatherings. Dining table is huge and seats 8 comfortably. Location on Topsail is ideal, quiet but close to shops and restaurants as well. The beach in front of the house is the star with a very wide open beachfront.
