Let the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean wash away your stresses as you take long morning walks along the paved seawall and spend your days exploring the charming artist's colony of Rockport. Each evening, wind down on the porch as you luxuriate in the salty ocean air.

This home sits right on the ocean in the middle of uncrowded Long Beach, four miles south of the center of downtown Rockport. Browse the charming shops on Bearskin Neck in town, or head three miles west to hop a whale-watching cruise in Gloucester (this area is home to multiple species of whales, including humpback and finback whales that come to New England to feed with their calves). Visit historic Thatcher Island, spend your days playing tennis, and enjoy some of the freshest seafood you'll find anywhere.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that there is a $40/week parking fee to be paid at the main gate.
Please note that the ceilings of the upstairs bedrooms are open to allow for cross breezes during the hot summer months.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
