The house, location, and amenities are all lovely, and second only to how wonderful Marta is as a host. Our stay was delightful and left us wishing we could've been there longer. The house is well-kept, has so many nice touches, and provides a fantastic view of the spectacular sunrise over the beautiful beach. Marta was very responsive and went out of her way to provide us with insights and tips for our stay, from fishing ideas to kid-friendly activities. Hopefully we'll have the blessing of getting to return some day. Thank you Marta!

Casa del sol was clean, plenty of room for multiple families with a separate kitchen and living space on each floor, and wonderful views for everyone. Communication and check in process couldn’t be easier. So easy with restaurant and coffee shops within walking distance. Old Towne St Augustine was a quick 10 min drive away.

Marta was the perfect host; very responsive & nice.Check in was a breeze. Kitchen had everything you could want or need. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. The backyard and deck were great. The only complaint was from our young granddaughters (4 & 8 yo) that they had to go outside down the stairs to get to us, as the two levels are connected by an outdoor staircase, but they did love the stairs. So many walkable great restaurants, so the location is amazing. Had a wonderful stay!

This house was the breath of fresh air we needed after staying in a different house for over 30 years. After the death of our parents, we felt we needed a change. The gorgeous views, dinners on the porch, walkable distance to coffee and restaurants, beach just steps away, no cars — it was all wonderful. Even did a low country boil one night from Outer Banks Seafood — highly recommend. Communication with owner was great, and house was very clean

House was great. Favorite part was how close it was to beach. The view from upper deck was awesome for people watching, sunrises, and thunderstorms.

Casa del Sol beach house was perfect for our whole family. Direct access to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and sites nearby. Easy & short drive to St.Augustine city center and Castillo de San Marcos. Marta was very friendly and helpful.

The location is great! There are many places to eat right nearby. Great view from top floor! Just be mindful that the two units are not connected.

We had a wonderful time at this very unique property. Having essentially two separate homes available that are attached to one another at this price point was amazing. Not levels are homey and clean…”move in ready”. The location is fabulous. We were a family group of varying ages of adults and the ability to walk for tacos, coffee, donuts, etc is great! The beach area is beautiful.Marta responded so quickly to our questions and was so gracious. We hope to be able to rent this one again!

My wife and I rented the Casa Del Sol for a family vacation. We brought all our kids and grandkids. We had a great time. The house was fantastic as well as the location.Would definitely stay here again.

Our family relaxed at Casa del Sol after a pretty action packed Disney vacation. It was the perfect paradise after our busy Disney adventures. The home is perfect! Plenty of room, bathrooms for every room and a half bath to boot! The units were divided into lower and upper units which allowed togetherness in morning and afternoon and chilling in our own spaces for some privacy too. Perfect for our older and younger members of family! The view off balcony was stunning, beds so comfortable! And we loved that we practically had a beach with only a few people out front! Yet, the house was right next door to a restaurant that was amply separated by beautiful garden but we could walk right next door and get best food and drinks on the beach as well as several other places within walking distance that were fantastic. We went to the town a few days and saw the historic beautiful sites and charm of the city! Went to an art opening, shopped at cool shops. All the food was delightful and cooked at home one night and ate lunches at home. Caught tons of fish on the nearby pier too! It was truly one of best places I’ve stayed in a long while. It was nice to not be in panhandle for a change and experience Old Florida! I prefer it even though beach and water are very pretty there. Thank you for the best vacation in years!???️
