The location of the property was definitely amazing! Quiet area, easy access to town, the beach, ocean views from the two main bedrooms, with balconies on all three levels! Alan was very attentive and gave great food ideas! They had everything you needed to cook and clean as needed making the stay stress free! Hope we get to book tho location again In the future!

From start to finish, our vacation Stay was wonderful. Alan was very communicative, and attentive to our needs. The property was beautiful right on the beach with ocean views from just about every room. There are a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store 10 minutes away. It was perfect. We will definitely be back again.

This is a nicely laid out end-unit condo, right on the beach with access to a pool. In North Topsail, nice and quiet. Great communication from the property management company.

We loved our stay at this beach condo! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an issue with another property, but Alan at Paragon Vacations came through in the clutch and we were pleasantly surprised at the Ocean Dreams property. For a family of 6 with 4 children under 10, this place was setup perfectly for us. We could tell immediately the owners of the property had kids as it had everything we needed. The aesthetic was modern with many recent updates. TV's in every room. 3 balconies right over top of the dunes. The pool was a quick walk away. Honestly, I don't think there's a thing I would change.

Me and the family really enjoyed our stay. It’s very peaceful. You can’t get no closer to the ocean than this house. Allen is a great host. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I had an amazing time! This rental is very cozy and relaxing! The bed on the 3rd floor was extremely comfortable! This place has everything you need and more! It was very clean and well taken care of! We would definitely recommend this place. Also, Alan was very helpful and was great at communicating with me! Definitely loved the 3 decks to watch the ocean!

great stay

Overall we loved our stay here. The beach and pool were easily accessed, the views from the balcony were perfect, and the place was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. My 2 year old had a blast going up and down all the stairs. Our only complaints: when we arrived, the dishes were still in the dishwasher, the powder room toilet wasn't flushed, and the kids' room had such a strong chemical cleaning smell that I could not let my son sleep in there so he had to stay in my room. We tried airing it out but it remained for the entire stay. If you like to go out to eat, this location is a bit far from the restaurants and shops. But if you like to cook for yourself, this is a great place to bring food and never leave! There is a food lion about 12 minutes away which isn't bad. But if you are looking to walk to get food, this probably isn't the place for you. However, you can walk to the St. Regis for ice cream! I would recommend this place to family and friends and just prepare them to bring all their food so they can just post up and enjoy the beach and pool! Also--when you check out, remember to return the parking pass and pool fob...it isn't listed in the checkout reminders so I forgot when we left and had to drive back. Maybe they will update their checkout procedures to include a reminder, that would be very helpful!
