We always have a great time staying at this beach house! The house is the perfect beach front location and close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. The house is always clean and stocked with everything needed. They are quick to answer any questions and we will be back!!

Perfect house for a fun weekend beach getaway! The ocean view in the home was outstanding! Had lots of extra towels and blankets and loved that they provided beach umbrellas and chairs!

This was the perfect place for a family vacation! The host was very accommodating and easy to talk to. The garage has everything you need for a day on the beach. (chairs, boogie boards, surf board, beach toys, a shovel, etc.) I loved that we could wake up early and just walk out the front door to go hunt for seashells before everyone else started showing up. There was a play pen for our toddler to sleep in, and the pillows on the beds were sooo soft! The view is amazing, great for people watching and the most beautiful sunsets. The kitchen has everything you need and there's a grill. Everything looks exactly like the photos, definitely worth your money! We will be back in the future!

Great location!

We’ve stayed plenty of times in Pacific Beach different vrbo . This is one of the nicest houses best layout, chairs, umbrellas, towels, kids toys, the fire pit. Everything was amazing opening up all the windows in the morning to watch the ocean and then to see the ocean and the sunset listening to the waves all night best ever , the host was awesome and check in check out was a breeze will be staying again asap we had a family of 10 plenty of room for everyone

Our host was fantastic and very accommodating to our requests. The home was ideal for our family and the location could not have been better. We watched the waves, surfers, and people strolling the strand, rented bicycles, and ate delicious food. When we come back, we will absolutely book this home again.

Great location, lousy parking. I do not recommend this place for groups with two cars. We wasted precious time looking for parking.

The location is perfect, far enough away from the really busy part of the beach, but within walking distance of so many places to eat and the grocery store. It was so fun to open the blinds in the am and watch everyone on the boardwalk. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Great beach views, nice rooms, loved the outdoor patio area. Kitchen cabinets & dishes are dated, but functional. Overall a great family beach house!

This is our seventh consecutive summer enjoying this amazing oceanfront house. It has become tradition for my Arizona family to meet us Californians here in Mission Beach. We love it here and are already planning to come back next year. So appreciate the host and are even friendly with the cleaners. Thank you so much.

We had the most amazing time in San Diego. The location was amazing right on the boardwalk, short walk to the beach, shops and dining, breathtaking views and extremely kid friendly. It was an easy check in and check out process and the homeowners answered all of my questions and were extremely accommodating. 10/10 recommend staying here and we definitely will be back again very soon!!!

The outlets on the property have of them don’t work and parking is horrible

Second time staying here, went great again. This is an annual family tradition that we have been doing for 30 years. As our family has grown, this has been a great new rental to house more people, specifically children. Communication is great. The property is always clean and has a lot to offer. Very convenient.

Great location! The house was well stocked and a great layout for two families with kids. This host was so sweet and responsive.

The property was well kept, clean, everything in working order. Stocked with a decent amount of kitchen items and more than enough towels, blankets and pillows. Great location, very nice beach for boogie boarding and catching waves. Easy access to food options and a 20 minute walk to Belmont Park. Lots of fireworks on July 4th without having to leave the porch. Would definitely stay here again.

A classic beach house. We enjoyed a no-frills weekend focused on watching the outside go by. It was even fun washing dishes because it’s been a while since I haven’t had a dishwasher. Would go back again!

Nice house, great view, well supplied and clean but the parking situation is dreadful. We ended up leaving our rental miles away and ubering back to the house.

The location and view couldn't be any better. We usually stay closer to Belmont park, but enjoyed being near Pacific Beach. The view was so beautiful- loved sitting in the window and people watching. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. The parking was tight, but we managed (we have a big SUV). Easy to hear the upstairs neighbors but the view made up for it ;) The management company/owners were super responsive, helpful, and kind. We will return!

Had a splendid time with my family ( 6 months to 73 years). The house is perkecly located and well stocked with towels, dishes and other incidentals. The host was quick to offer suggestions for overcoming challenges related to an oversized vehicle, and we could not have been happier. We highly recommend staying there; you will mot want to leave.

Close enough to everywhere you want to be in PB. Enough room for a small family or group of friends. Great host. We’ll be back!

Everything about this house was perfect, great location, excellent communication and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need Highly recommend and if I ever get back to the West Coast this will be my first stop

Fun times!

We had 5 cousins get together for a winter getaway. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms big and plenty of room. Right on the beach our favorite spot was the porch watching the people and the waves.

We had the best week! This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this house and we love it so much. The beds are comfortable, the place is spacious and has everything you need. You can’t beat the view and the location is perfect! We feel like this is a hidden gem of a spot. Can’t recommend it enough!

Really nice property. A dishwasher would have been fabulous since we ate most meals there. I would pay the 20 for parking if doing over as parking was very limited. Lots of towels and chairs for ocean.

Excellent location, walking distance to stores, right on the boardwalk. Hosts were great communicators. I would definitely return. Two things I would change would be to take advantage of the parking available onsite and rent the upper apartment. Ground floor has less privacy. and rent the upper

This is located right on the boardwalk with a decent sized patio. The price is reasonable considering the location. Most of the inside looks to be original but very well maintained and immaculate. It’s nicer in person. The patio is nice and has an amazing view of the ocean along with a fire table. The owners live near by and are extremely nice and very accommodating. If I had to find a negative about this place it would be they only have one parking spot for two units and parking is tough to find. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, great space for multiple families, clean and well stocked!

House is in a perfect location right on the beach. It's old and needs a little updating but it is well maintained. Communication with the owner is great - very responsive. I would suggest light blocking shades in the bedrooms.
