Oceanfront Estate w/ Dock & Boat Ramp | Kayaks | Millionaire’s Row

Our family had a great time at Andy’s place. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. It was clean and well stocked and accommodated our family of 12 perfectly. Everyone had their own space and the kids loved the twin beds with trundles. The best part was the sunrises from the new deck and sunsets from the pier. We saw a manatee, peacocks daily, iguanas, lots of unique fish and even dolphins just from the pier.

This property and its location is outstanding! We brought our boat and launched it right there. When we weren't on the boat we spent time watching and seeing all the wildlife on and around the property. The proximity of this rental to shopping and restaurants was close enough to make everything easy. The kitchen in the main house was very well-equipped and had everything we needed (including knives that were actually sharp!) to cook our meals. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this place!

From the very moment i reached out to the host he was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and we loved having the dock and water access. The property is very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of trash cans and more than enough space for large families. I stay in a vrbo property every year and i will be back this was our favorite !by far our favorite.

If you get the great weather the Keys often offer, you will love this place. The outdoor space is massive and hard to beat. Nice big area to play soccer or throw a ball, a beach, kayaks, and nice long low dock. We were able to rent a boat and easily come and go. It's in a great location-- quiet, but just a handful of miles from some of the more touristy attractions and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful property with stunning sunrises! A couple of maintenance items came up and our hosts couldn’t have dealt with them any quicker. That’s exactly what you want in a host. We’ll be back. ?

Amazing property! Very clean and well stocked kitchen . The outdoor space is huge and has everything you need to enjoy the water. We fished from the dock, kayaked and napped in the hammocks. The hosts were responsive when we had a question and their welcome book was full of great places to eat and play. Will definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful week at the sanctuary! The 3 separate dwellings are perfect for multiple or big families and provide the opportunity for some separation and privacy. The dock was so convenient for pulling a boat up. The kitchen(s) had all we needed for cooking and grilling and having 3 fridges is such a necessity for a big family. Lastly, Andy is so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property, spacious, nice amenities, host seen to be very nice. Did not get five stars because floor of main area in poor condition and basic amenities such as tp, trash bags, pillowcases and sheets/light blankets not available.

We had a great time at the house. Being right on the water and with family was a great overall vacation. The property was just as expected and we would all definitely stay there again!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary in Paradise. The weather was glorious all week with only a couple of late night showers. We had a few pesky issues but Andy was very proactive in getting the problem rectified. The use of the dock and boat ramp were a definite plus for the property and our 3 year old granddaughter caught her first fish from the dock!! The property is very large and beautiful with plenty of room to run and play for the little ones and lots of parking available. The entry gate is a bit of a challenge to enter with a boat and trailer and therefore recommend coming in from the north stop sign at Schooner Bay Road which gives you the opportunity to pull straight into the property/gate. Overall it was a great time for our family. Thanks to Andy and Marianne for opening their slice of paradise for us to enjoy.
