Level 1 (Ground Floor): 12 bedrooms with king suites, queen and bunk options, step-free access, laundry, direct access to pool deck, hot tub, and private boardwalk to beach.

Level 2 (Gathering Floor): No bedrooms — entirely dedicated to your group. Oceanfront grand room with baby grand piano, chef's kitchen seating 40, family lounge, and private media room with movie projector. Oceanfront decks for ceremony and reception.

Level 3 (Premium Suites): 6 bedrooms with private ensuite baths and ocean views. Upper-level oceanfront deck — golden hour photo location.
